Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Souderton

Today I decided to go through the drive thru at dairy queen to treat my daughter, niece, and nephews, it was one of the worst experiences of my life, my niece decides to help me look up the price for a small cones at Dairy Queen on her phone the price was $1.99 for a small cone but when I get up to the drive thru it's almost $18.00, so I was kind of puzzled by that, not only that but the woman at the window was not very polite, no thank You, no receipt, one the cones how chocolate sprinkles instead of rainbow, so I decided to go inside what a mistake, I waited for a few minutes no one even paid attention, finally a very RUDE young man come to the counter, being rude and rolling his eyes at Me, I asked for manager the RUDE young man screams back to the other room telling the manger to come out because someone is complaining again, I told the manger I was not happy about the way I was treated, I first I felt like the manger could care less, she did apologize later but I will never step foot in that dairy queen again I was treated like trash, and honstely I don't think anything will ever be done, and by the way if I ever talked to anyone at my job that way I would be fired on spot, what happen to go old fashion RESPECT! If I could give this DQ zero stars I would. Because it’s close to home, I have been here many times over the years and have had many horrible experiences. Finally, I am done with them and the horrible service. I have literally been served rotten food here, so I stopped getting food here two years ago. But I still bring my kids here on occasion when they ask for a blizzard. The employees are rude and service is beyond slow. And waiting forever for your ice cream is made worse when they consistently get your order incorrect. And then proceed to argue with you and continue their trend of horrible customer service. And it’s incredibly frustrating that if you order extra topping in a blizzard, the employees act like you are asking for the moon. And they proceed to rudely that they will charge you extra. Which is fine. But it’s absoluteky infuriating to be charged extra and then receive a blizzard with literally almost no Topping. The only thing I can say is stay away from this DQ. I have only ever seen sullen teens there, never an adult or a manager. It is filthy in the store and the service sucks. Do yourself a favor and take the extra time to drive to a DQ in quakertown or sellersville or harleysville when the mood strikes for a blizzard. I...

SO; I'm a local patron of this "DQ". I used to love it. I must say - the prices have definitely gone up which is fine because I enjoy the ice cream. However, the past several and I mean several times I have gone to this dairy queen the wait has been ridiculously long (a few times it did seem busy) but still longer than other DQ's (perhaps the one in Harleysville would be a good comparison - which the wait for the ice cream is little to none) but the most aggravating thing about this place is I'M GETTING THE WRONG ICE CREAM. The past two times I have received something with nuts in it and the time before that I requested for chocolate Ice Cream and got vanilla. It is so annoying when you spend $5-6 for something you don't even enjoy.

I really am considering never going back to this Dairy Queen.
