Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in South Bend

I worked here for a couple months, a little under a year ago. The management sucked, 90% of the workers were terrible when it came to making pizzas or cutting them or just being nice to the customers was a joke. As for the way workers worked, yeah they cuss, blare their music, don't pay attention to who is at the counter or what order is to be made up. When I worked there, I was bitched at many times for mistakes that were committed even though none of which, were my fault. Yes, this establishment is a joke and if I were you, I would order from Pizza Hut just across the street from Mcdonalds, off of MIami! Much cleaner, more passion put into the pizza making and customer service. No I am not against this establishment, because they put me on the "No-hire" list, only because I quit rather than giving a two week notice. Where I come from, a two week notice gives your boss a reason to fire you and I have never been fired from a job and it will stay that way. I am against this establishment because the workers/management are all terrible. The place was INCREDIBLY DIRTY when I arrived there. I cleaned the hell out of it and they didn't even raise my wages, even though I was a closer being paid normal rates. I also had to hear constantly, a manager sexually harass me and my ass, even though I repeatedly asked her to just work and not focus on me. I am a fantastic pizza maker, but yet they had me on the cut tables, or focused on spreading the dough for pizzas to be made. I asked many times to have me making the pizza, but all the attempts failed and had horrible pizza makers in a spot that should have been mine. Again, go to Pizza Hut or Hungry Howies! Don't believe me? Check out the "mopped floors" and see the dirt for yourselves. Why do they have the dough mixer behind the walls? It is because most workers when I was there, besides Aaron, would pick the dough up with dirty ass hands or the dough would be rubbed against their dirty aprons. Managers on their phones, without washing their hands afterwards = nasty. I get it. It is cheap food, but there are way better alternatives. Again, there were a few great workers. but most of them were not meant to be in the food industry. TRUST ME, this place is a joke. but go ahead, eat there. Just know in every slice you eat or every breadstick you eat, you're more than likely eating some...

Went to little ceasers and ordered a new 5 meat and a pepperoni she the cashier said it would be a 30 minute wait I said ok I'll wait so me and the person that was with me went outside to wait just outside the door so I ordered 2 pizza total it was about 8 minutes and the same cashier came to the door and said oh they hurried and ur pizza will be done in about 3 minutes so it went from 30 minutes to 11 minutes well what they was take a pepperoni pizza they had done already and nuked the meat and put it on top of my pizza no cheese melted around the meat it was the worst pizza I've ever tasted in my life hands down the worst so my family eat alot of pizza I've been at this very store before so beware of lazy people that dont wanna make ur food and she made it clear when I ordered she didnt want to make that 5 meat pizza it was 9:30 PM and they close at 11 PM but they lost a good customer today I'm done with them forever so just beware of what u order and the...

Using their app for delivery is a bad idea. They flat out commit fraud with their app. The app will show you one price and then you get charged a list of fees on top of that because without telling you they use Doordash for delivery. For a $21 order they added over $9 in fees that they don't disclose from the pay screen on the little ceasar's app. They also won't let you cancel the order once it goes through disgusting Doordash and their rip off delivery service.

It's flat out fraud and theft to change the charge AFTER you pay. They get away with it because it cost more to sue them than it's worth. The joke is on them though because I will never buy another pizza from them again after they stole money from me like this and that is going to be a very big loss for them.
