Went through the drive thru. Time wise, they were extremely efficient. I ordered, paid, and got my food within 5-7 minutes, and during the five o’clock hour, that’s impressive. But the quality of food was lacking. SEVERELY. My drink was only filled about 3/4 of the way. My medium fry was not only a small fry in a medium fry container, but you could easily tell it was the last of a batch that had been sitting for a while, all small, crunchy, burnt, cold pieces. My McDouble was obviously thrown together as the top bun was almost completely off of the sandwich, but then left to sit as it was cold all the way through and consisted of two patties about the size of their sausages, one tiny circle of ketchup, and a sorry excuse for a pickle slice. And apparently you only get 4 nuggets in the 6pc chicken nugget happy meal, but in a 6pc box. Must be real hard to count to 6. And they didn’t put in the apple slices in either. Overall, if I could give them a negative star I would. Being efficient is great, but not if the quality of your food is going to suffer greatly. I’d much rather wait a few extra minute and get hot food that is actually the size/amount I ordered versus being in and out in 5 minutes and get what might as well have been the leftover food at the end of the night that...

I only ordered nuggets, a big mac & a fry so I assumed it wouldn't take long. Then when the employee brought out my food I checked my bag & the dipping sauce was left out. I tried to tell to the employee that it was incomplete, but I was ignored. Because co-vid has them locking their dining room I had to pull back into the long line again & wait 15min just to get my sauces. They told me to pull around to the 2nd window which was already occupied, so I had to park my car alongside the curb adjacent to the window & walk up to it, trying to avoid being hit by a motorist that declined to stay & wait to order. Then the lady at the window had no idea what I was there for. All the while my food became cold. I wasn't even offered an apology....
Read moreWell obviously it's McDonald's, so not every trip is as quick and painless as my trip this evening. It was nice though the app worked well no mishaps, the person taking my order could hear me and got everything correct. The ice cream machine wasn't down, I usually have pretty bad luck when it comes to me "trying" to order an ice cream cone plus it was made well, wasn't falling off the side. I got lucky again, it's like the employee who made it was trained properly. The employee made an excellent ice cream cone not the usual messy, running all down the side and all over your hand, small glop slapped on top. As previously stated I've had bad luck with ice cream cones here lol. The overall experience was great tonight, my order was correct and even remembered my sauces.
