11/21/23 Ticket # 202208 Cashier Juqurz Service champion was shy and polite. MIC was stationed at the boh on line non verbal with team member. The MIC was making food without gloves on,never once did she washed her hands between changing positions (she left multiple times to drop fry products and grab items from the cooler. My hamburger patties were way past the 30 minute hold time. The Fries and Milk shake were the only items I received freshed. My hot dog was drenched in chili and mustard,way over portion on chili and mustard. Do you guys even replace your bottle lids? Geez a line of sauce and a glob of sauce are two completely different portions.The food could've been much better if it were fresh and prep correctly.This location could really use some culture building classes and food safety classes. I'm here visiting relatives and have ordered breakfast a couple of times and the employees can't get the order right. First, a couple days ago a bacon egg cheese was ordered and got home and someone just threw a biscuit with insides on the side and placed in a box. Today as I'm leaving thought I'd stop again... well I ordered 1 bacon egg cheese and sausage egg cheese combo. Discovered no hash rounds in bag. Went inside got the last batch of hash rounds. After leaving I Discovered they were stale and no cheese on the sausage egg AND cheese biscuit. Needless to say these employees need training. I tried the new blueberry lemon pie yesterday in Clarksville, and I liked it so much that I decided to have another one today while in South Boston. In addition to the pies (yes, miss piggy here ordered 2), I ordered their hot ham and cheese combo. YUCK! I would never have guessed that there would be that big of a difference at a different location. My sandwich looked like someone sat on it, the fries were soggy, and the pie tasted old and stale (the second went into the garbage bin), the pie wasn't even put into a sleeve, it was wrapped in paper. The wait for the order was almost 20 minutes, and the teenaged employees were too busy socializing to work. I won't be returning to...
