I always seem to have some kind of problem with this McDonald's. My order is never right the sandwiches are made so sloppy you end up wearing them instead of eating them! Tonight was a little different. I ordered a chicken (#5 on the menu) sandwich w/tomato & heavy mayo only. I pay get my food come home. just to find my sandwich burnt to a crisp! So I load up my 6 yr old AGAIN! anyone w/kids knows how fun this can be. I drive back down there explain the situation. They say the usual "I'm sorry ma'am" & make me another one. When I get to the final window to get my "new" sandwich the "girl" working the window opens it hands me a bag closes the window & turns her back to/on me.(very disrespectful) The bag was big so I decided to take a peek. Guess what? It was someone else's food. So I try to get her attention. (she never did turn around) another employee came to the window when she seen me mouth the words NOT MINE! So the other girl gives me my food. I drive up out of the way & pull into a parking spot to check. Once again, almost no Mayo (remember I ordered heavy mayo every time) & burnt again. So I go around one more time. This time a manager came to talk to me. Her name was Katie. Not only did she take the time to talk to me to see exactly what was wrong w/my order. She did so w/a big smile on her face.That in itself meant a lot to me. She not only refunded me my money she personally dropped (cooked) some fresh chicken for me & made my last "new" sandwich herself (it was perfect & oh so delicious) she walked it out to my car & to my surprise threw in a large order of fries. So after all of the gas i wasted & time that I could have been home w/my husband. Katie made it all worth while. Thank you again Katie you rock in my book. So for the ones who read this. if you have any issues don't leave mad & swear to never return. please ask for a young lady that knows how to be a great manager & treat her customers right. I only hope her managers can see...

It's been about six months or more since the remodel, so I decide to go through the drive-thru. I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese at about 10:35 this morning. Pretty simple. Just a burger with cheese, ketchup, mustard, onions, and pickles. The way it comes; no frills. I was the only one in line, and the exchange was done rather quickly. It get home and start eating my burger before starting the day's work. I bite into it. It's okay so far until I get to the middle. Y'all they haven't worked out the kinks yet because the middle of that burger was as pink as a sunset.
