After reading these other reviews, it seems like this is just the type of service they offer—if not worse. Maybe this is all they are capable of doing. Here’s a picture of their buffalo slider we had to wait ten minutes for. Called in today at 4:54 PM, talked to a guy named Robert who claimed to be the manager. He offered to remake it—no thanks. We waited 15 minutes and then drove 30 minutes home. If you can’t even take pride in making a sandwich, I hate to see where you’ll be a couple of years from now. Next step: door greeter.
The real issue here is the manager not doing their job. Do you know how busy this place could be if the service and food were good? Owner, do you even care? If I were you, I’d be furious seeing my money go down the drain. Here’s a tip: hire a competent manager. Find someone who wants their workers to be professional, who ensures employees are on time, and who cares about the quality of the food being made.
Sure, working in fast food isn’t glamorous, and the pay isn’t great, but the goal should be to train young adults to be responsible workers, to help them develop into future business owners. Not to let lazy people mess around with customers' food. I even read a review from a couple of weeks ago about someone being served raw food. That’s a lawsuit waiting to happen. Maybe that’s what it’ll take to replace this sorry excuse of a place with a...
Read more50/50 hit or miss, great when it's good and a waste of time when it's not. This an Arby's so in terms of food it's a bit better than other fast food when you get something other than a regular roast beef sandwich which is where the 3 stars come in. Good menu with diverse options you just can't get at McDonalds or similar places. However this location falls short in terms of service and overall availability. The lobby is nice, when it's available. The staff to keep the doors locked at random times or to manage how busy they are. I've been able to go in for lunch or dinner with no issue one day then the next time I find the doors and only the drive through is open. I've been inside, sat down and eating my meal and the staff will lock the doors to stop other people from coming in at what I think are odd times, like 5pm right at dinner. And naturally doing this causes the drive through to back way up. When you do get to go inside the priority of service is definitely on the drive through and it feels you WILL wait for your order and your food. I don't know if they just can't keep staffed or if they just don't want to be bothered running the drive through and front counter. Arby's food is at its best when it's hot and going through the drive through and waiting till you get home just takes the...
Read moreWorst service ever. We ordered 2 milkshakes from drive thru. They told us it would be 10-15 minutes because they needed to start putting ice cream in the machine. We said ok that didn't seem too long, and we would wait. They charged us and told us to pull up front in the parking lot, and they would bring the milkshakes out.
After more than 30 minutes, we drove back to the drive thru, and they were like "oh the ice machine is frozen." So we asked for a refund, and asked if they were planning to tell us about that because we were out there waiting, and the cashier said "she probably forgot to be honest" There were only 3 of them in the store, and they were not busy at all. It was 8pm...
If the staff would have come out to us right when they knew there was an issue with the equipment, I would not be writing this review right now. I do not mind if the machine was out of order, I understand that sometimes things happen outside of our control. However, the lack of customer care is something I do not understand.
The employee we interacted with said one half-hearted sorry, did not offer to make it right until I asked for a refund and whomever dropped the ball should be made aware of...
