My experience was not so great this morning.. I came there the other morning before work to get a breakfast combo was given the wrong order call and spoke to Noah who was very pleasant over the phone and had wrote me down in the books to replace my order with a complimentary breakfast biscuit. When I came in this morning my remake order was taken by female I believe she may be a manager I'm not sure JD or JP .. I brought the receipt of my order that was incorrect.. she looked into the books with my receipt to see my order.. she stated so your "sandwich" wasn't correct...... I stated to her my "order" was not correct.... She walked over to the station to prepare my order.. told me that it would be a while the sausage was cooking for my biscuits okay not a problem. My order came with a drink and hash browns.. while I was waiting for my biscuit I asked her for my drink. She did not even once ask what kind of drink .. or even if I would like anything to drink while I wait.. finally when my sandwich was ready she asked me what kind of sauce and I tell her some ketchup for my hash browns she didn't even want to give me my order correct it seemed.. I'm the one who was inconvenienced to be honest to have my order incorrect and have to drive all the way back to the location to have it corrected! She says Surrre! When I got my order I said thank you! She was not very welcoming to me. Me and my family eat here very often.. I usually do lunch.. I have never met this lady before.. I think she treated me a little different because I am a minority maybe this isn't the first time she has heard this before either from customers or from employees or anyone ..but I am not satisfied with how she treated me here at this location... And this is one of my favorite locations to eat at. My food is usually always correct. I definitely did not like the way I was treated.....
Read moreI love chick-fil-a and always have. The quality of their food is great & so is the service. I went through the drive through today and ordered a sandwich meal, but I wanted some ice cream. I asked if I could get ice cream instead of the drink for an extra charge. He asked me if I wanted a milkshake, and I said no, I just want regular ice cream. He said cup or cone? I said. cup. I was picturing a regular sized cup. When the girl came to my car to give me my food, the ice cream was in a tiny 5oz kids cup. I was confused, like seriously, this is the size of the cup?? I asked her if I could maybe pay a little extra and get you know a regular sized one… but when I got to the window to get the bigger one, she filled up an extra large cup, and I had to pay $5 extra dollars for it, when all I wanted was a regular sized cup & certainly not to pay $5 extra dollars for way too much ice cream half of which is currently melting right now. She was very kind and explained that you can substitute drinks with milkshakes (which come in regular sized, not kids sized cups) but ice cream in a regular sized cup would have to be bought separately. Which to me makes no sense but ok. What I should have been told is I can’t sub your drink for ice cream, but you can for a milkshake. (Unless you’re cool with a kids cup, which is like five bites of ice cream.) I just don’t understand why they didn’t just go ahead and give me the regular sized ice cream, & say sorry for the misunderstanding. Chick fil a has rarely ever messed up my orders but the few times they have, I’ve never seen a fast food chain be so stingy. So again, I now have an extra large cup full of ice cream melting when all I wanted was a regular sized cup. Highly frustrating. The girl was very nice and I know it’s not her fault. Why can’t this company be a little more accommodating to...
Read moreFood was ok. AIR-FILLED fries are never enough -where their MONEY is made -otherwise tasty. Didn't care for the guy scratching his hair in his head before he took my additional order for ice cream cones for dessert. Thought he was going to have someone else make the order after him taking my cash payment, but not the case. Went where he could not be seen and came back with an ice cream cone in each hand. Wearing no gloves -after scratching his head and touching dirty cash money, managed to hold each cone by the very bottom, where there was about and inch and a half of paper ...yeah, we know how that all went before he came from where he could not be seen, after touching his hair -no hat, and touching the dirty money -no gloves, and no doubt he was real careful not to touch the part of the cone -just above that tiny inch and a half piece of paper that we'd be eating and was supposed to be -what? -protecting my heath from contamination of his sanitary hands touching the food I'm about to eat??? Yeah, maybe in his mind. Oh, but I'm a germaphobe? Or maybe I don't like the fact that I should be expected to eat food that someone else touches after touching their hair and dirty money? No, I didn't have to go to the hospital, and Yes, I'm still alive...
