Pho Le — Restaurant in Greenville

I ordered upon arrival egg rolls to go with my order that I placed over the phone once they brought my pre-ordered food I left not realizing I had forgotten my egg rolls when I went back to work and realized the 8.00$ egg rolls were left out I immediately call the establishment I spoke with a younger who took my order he initially said to come back or he could refund my order. I advised him that I was at work but I’ll come back. However, being at work it was hard for me to leave so I called back and asked for a refund the guy said that he couldn’t process a refund over the phone which was understandable so I advised I would just come back and get my order then the guy said well the egg rolls were given to you already in your bag. I advised him that egg rolls were in the pre-ordered food but not the order I placed with the you. even said he remembered me

Then he stated that he would check the camera if I could hold I wasn’t offended but thought wow! The nerve of this young man after spending over 70$ on a food order I agreed to hold the line while he checked. After no joke after 45 seconds, the young guy said he had checked the cameras and saw that I walked out with the egg rolls. I couldn’t phantom the audacity of this guy accusing me of lying about $8 after spending $70 The customer service I received from this restaurant turned me off completely please make sure you don’t leave without all of your orders! First time and here it will not be the last!! Yummy! Delicious! Finally authentic Pho in Taylor’s (and Greenville).

Was greeted immediately as soon as the door closed behind. The gentleman that seated me and took my drink order was extremely polite and friendly! I said it was my first time here but I wasn’t very familiar with Vietnamese food. I asked what he recommended and it was the Pho with the fattier brisket! I chose the number 12 for the last fat option! Also, I ordered the fresh rolls with shrimp and pork! They were served ice cold with a peanut sauce that had me debating if I wanted to lick the plate. One of if not the best I have ever had. He also brought out the aromatics for my Pho and they were radiating with fragrance!!

So now onto the Pho! After adding my aromatics I dove in. The broth was bursting flavor in my mouth on the first bite. Each slurp and bite was better than the last. The brisket was sliced to perfection and so was he rare steak! Both a present to your palette!

Service through out the meal was constant, pleasant and very attentive! I would give 10 stars for all around! I believe this is now one of my favorite places in Greenville!

Quick add on. This is family owned and the gentleman who helped me was Sonny! He made an incredible iced coffee selection that like the peanut sauce I could not get enough. They are open Monday-Sunday being closed on Wednesday!

Paradise on earth exists here. I was greeted by Sonny who takes great pride in the fact that this is a family restaurant. I haven’t experienced this sense of friendly service in a very long time!

Their green tea is served loose in a small tea pot as it should be, just give it a few minutes to steep. The # 10 Pho with rare beef and brisket was breathtaking. There is much love given to the creation of the broth. All of the accompanying ingredients were super fresh and flavorful.

The house made pickled garlic chips are a must try! So too is the house made chili sauce. Sonny’s dad taught me how to make my new favorite type of coffee. I loved watching it drip into the milk before having those two items mixed thoroughly and served over ice. Once again, another extension of outstanding service.

I took second #10 Pho order to drop off at a friends place. Next time I will be back with more people to experience more items on the menu.
