Whatever you do do not eat at this Pizza Hut. Near the beginning of April they screwed up in order and then to fix it I called the store any assistant manager got on the phone and finally apologized for me for what happened and said she give me a $20 credit. But then when I called in an order to have it delivered to my house which I was tipping the driver the they at Pizza Hut said okay you have the credit but when the pizza man got sent to me oh wait a minute he didn't get sent because I put the order in I told him that and nobody ever delivered a pizza to me. That's when I called the 1-800 number on them that's when the manager Billy called me back. She apologized to me and gave me another she gave me another $20 credit which bring the total to $40 credit. 3 weeks after this I ordered the pizza in $20 worth of food. Three weeks later I tried to order the rest of what they owed me. And when I called the man answering the phone said he couldn't give me that credit that he had a check with the manager they finally came back on the phone said okay it's fine and I said okay the pizza was delivered to my house I gave the the delivery man six bucks for delivery to me then he wanted the payment for the pizza which was $14 and they still owe me a $20 credit. The driver said he had no idea what they were talking about when I had to call the Pizza Hut themselves on Wade Hampton Boulevard in Taylors the manager on duty said well your credits not in the computer even though I talk to general manager and the assistant manager and the 1-800 number and yet they lose that they owe me this food isn't that...
Read moreI didn't know what to say about their "Atmosphere" because I ordered delivery. Their problems amount to an error in their navigation that sent the delivery driver to the wrong address before (somehow) correcting itself in a way that confuses me. But I used the tracker to see what was happening and I tried to call the store (I couldn't call the driver because I didn't have his number), but they put me on hold.
THEY PLAY THE SAME LOOPED ADS OVER AND OVER AGAIN AND DESTROY YOUR PATIENCE WHILE YOU ARE "ON HOLD". They didn't pick up until the delivery guy made it maybe fifteen minutes later. The phrase "In a hurry?" has never before inspired such rage in me.
When I wrote a complaint in their survey, one of the questions was if I got their "Chicago Tavern" pizza. Basically an ad. I'm so annoyed by this that I'm telling you guys about it.
I ordered late, but that's no excuse. If anything, there should've been somebody waiting at the store with nothing to do waiting for the delivery guy to return so they could immediately finish closing down. I shouldn't have been on hold for very long.
(In fact, as far as they know, I could've been calling saying that the delivery car exploded with the smart phone inside, but he himself was okay but needed a ride from a coworker. Or something like that. Or you know. Something that didn't specifically require an ambulance.)

I called after my order didn't arrive 45 minutes later and was told they no longer deliver to my address, even though 2 weeks ago I didn't have any issues. When I called the the location I was told they tried calling me, but no missed call. They didn't look at my area code when calling. Britney the manager was extremely rude, unprofessional and not helpful. When I asked for a District Managers number she became even more combative and disrespectful. I explained to her that there was no need to raise her voice at me since I was the customer. I will not give my business back to Pizza Hut again.
