China Wok — Restaurant in South Carolina

Attached is the menu this company has posted on their website. With a budget in mind for the family, I ordered accordingly. As I picked up my order after work the bill was 25% greater. The two women working there were rude ehen i asked why such a big difference. They embarrassed me in front of a growing line of customers, telling me in my face it wasn't their website to show them where I got it from. I then had to go to my car to show them the website I ordered from. I was thinking "OKay, they will apologize & honor their menu pricing & home bound I will be." Nope, the women started yelling even after she agreed it was the company site but has the wrong menu on it. Knowing my family was hungry, I asked if she was going to honor their website pricing and then she started taking the food away yelling NO. I let her know I will pay the 25% difference this time. But that she understands she was loosing a lot more by being dishonest from the companies website pricing. You are loosing more than one faithful customer for just $11 today. The restaurant will now loose not just money but customers from this review and from my local family & friends. We all recommend this restaurant & we all order there. And now we will take our business down the street to the competitor that serves quality food & accurate pricing who appreciatetheir customers. I paid for my families food and as I walked back to my car, both women were yelling at me and with the one woman telling me that she will pray for me tonight. I was treated terribly and was just not disrespected but humiliated in front of many others. I was being respectful, never raised my voice, just questioned the pricing from their website that I ordered from. Luckily, I had the money on me cause the two women were aggressive and not going to make the right business decision to honor the web pricing. So, heads up...either don't order from the menu online from the companies website or have more money on you cause your order will be 25% higher. Bywas e...bye China Wok II. Please don't go to this place at all. This food was good over a year ago, but it has declined with customer service. It’s not hard to be customer-friendly, and management's customer service is very unprofessional. The guy that runs the place told me to leave and not come back after I ordered and paid for extra sauce on my meal when I told him. I didn’t get extra sauce; I showed him the item and he says they put extra sauce I said look it’s not dropping no kid of sauce . I held the item upside down so he can see no drop of sauce. He still declined to add the simple sauce to the meal. Told me get out or he will call the police. I’ve seen this happened to someone else when I was in the presence at the Chinese restaurant and wondered why was he talking to the costumer that way but I thought it was the customer until it happened to me .If you go in person, They won't change your order if they make a mistake they will be very nasty to you. Yay! After trying over 10 Chinese restaurants in Columbia, each being very disappointing. I finally did it! I’ve found the one to give my loyalty to! I recently moved back to Columbia, from Myrtle Beach. There was a Chinese place right around the corner from my house, & it was OUTSTANDING! After moving, I’d been unable to find one that even came close to the one I was used to. But tonight... I found the perfect place! The food was absolutely DELICIOUS! The lo mein noodles were thick, (as they should be). The orange chicken was exceptional! & I even ordered the sweet n sour chicken as well.. wonderful! The staff was very friendly! Every thing was done efficiently the FIRST time! No complaints! 10/10! This will be the Chinese restaurant I go to from here on out! Well done...
