If I could leave a -5 star review, I would. This location has always been terrible, but they seemed to improve after reopening this spring. Always rude employees, always wrong orders and always takes 20+ minutes for an order for one or two people. Today was no different. Waited in the drive-thru, ordered a meal with macaroni instead of fries, repeated it twice when the employee read back my order (she did not mention macaroni at any point). Was told to pull forward for my total. Got to the window, paid and got no receipt. She gave us our drinks (no straws, but expected they were just with the food), and I asked for sweet and sour sauce and she laughed and said "if we have any"....asked me to pull forward to wait for our food. We waited 10-15 minutes before receiving our food--at least that gentleman was polite. I checked our food and saw that I received fries instead of macaroni, no sauce, no straws and still no receipt. Dining room is closed due to Covid, so I walked into the drive-thru line to ask for the macaroni, sauce and receipt and had to repeat myself twice again to tell her that no, I did not want fries, but macaroni and was told there would be a wait for the macaroni. Wish I could say this type of transaction was out of the ordinary, but I would be lying. Although this location is less than a mile from my house, I will gladly drive an extra 15 minutes to another location, to receive better service. I will not be back and will make sure that no one that I know will be eating...
Read moreThis is going to be a long review and I'm really not the kind of person to to complain but here goes....about a month ago I went to this location where they took 10 mins to even take my order and then I had to wait 20 more minutes in the drive thru to get my food. Then I finally get to the window and the window person was argueing with another employee saying she didn't have time for that today. Anyways I got my food and went on my way. I decided to try it again about a week ago since I do live in the area. I asked for a chicken breast meal and the person says "would you like white or dark meat". I repeated and said chicken breast meal. She says I got that ma'am and repeated do you want white meat or dark meat. I was like really is this even happening right now. So I got my order yet again. Well then today my husband said he wanted 2 grilled chicken breats so I pulled in and said I want to get 2 grilled chicken breast. The guy says we are out of grilled. I said okay I'll take crispy. He says okay you want 1 breast and a biscuit. I said no sir I need 2 chicken breast. He raises his voice and said I got that. I just said forget it and pulled off! I will NEVER go to this KFC ever again! The people are rude, disrespectful and don't know anything...
Read moreI'm not one to complain about a whole lot, but this is the WORST KFC that I have ever been to in my life, EVER! It took me 20 minutes to get my food. I ordered a 3 piece original recipe. When I FINALLY got it I assumed that it was original....that is, until I started eating it. It was actually crispy that was fried too dark. I took it back to the front and asked for original. The employee had trouble getting the chicken because it was sticking to the rack. It looked and tasted like it was sitting out too long. The other customers that were there were also waiting a long time for their orders only to get less than satisfactory product. (or the incorrect/incomplete order) I'm glad I don't live or work near here. When one or two things go wrong with your experience then it could be an easy fix, but when you have this many problems spread over time and complaints from as many people as I saw....... Management needs to be restructured at the HIGHEST LEVEL, and I'm not just talking about in store management either. Someone in the management level is NOT doing his/her job.
