I went here and order my usual Turtle Blast. Now have in mind i order this at least once every few days. And the past few times when ive received my blast there has not been any chocolate chips in it. I can get past the person at the window who acts like they're dead inside because i would be too if i was stuck there late at night making chocolate chipless blasts. I can get past the 5 word minimum sentence requirement for employees. I can also get past the waiting room that is the drive thru (you would think leaving out chocolate chips would make the wait shorter, but no). You see, the blast is made of carmel, pecans, and chocolate chips. When you take away chocolate chips it's just carmel ice cream with pecans. Now, ive been understanding the past few times it has happend, but the third time this happens in a row at the same location? If you're out of chocolate chips, tell me so i can order something else, I wont bite. But i will bite your freakin ear off if i come home again to another chocolate...

While going through the drive thru one of the workers walked out the back door with a cigarette in their hand (not a good impression). We ordered a #6 combo (which should have been the all american dog and tator tots), a Jr cheeseburger, and a route 44 cherry limeade. We noticed the hot dog was wrong. It was a chili dog. The hot dog was brown in color which usually means the hot dog is not fresh/ gone bad. The JR cheeseburger had no cheese and was just a bun, really thin patty, and mustard and ketchup. A JR cheeseburger is suppose to come with pickles and cheese. It was missing from our JR cheeseburger. The cherry limeade usually comes with a lime wedge and a cherry. That was also missing. Won't be going back to this location. However, the lady in the drive thru was really nice and gave our dog a pup cup. Read moreI used to go to this Sonic drive thru EVERY morning for coffee because it's next to my job & I always got good service & was through the drive thru line in a timely manner until recently. When team member Talitha (spelling??) is working & there are cars (even as little as one to two cars) in front of me, I've had to wait 10+ mins for a coffee every time she's working the window. I understand she doesn't have anything to do with how fast the cooks make the food, but instead of asking the current customer to pull forward to wait on their food to keep the traffic in the drive thru flowing, everyone in the line is on hold. There have been times I've had to back up & leave the line to avoid being late for work but times I can't because other cars are behind me. I love this Sonic because of the location & everyone is so friendly, but I've been playing it safe going across the street...
