Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in South Carolina

I've Been To This location twice... And twice I've had not so Great service. 1st time I went to get 6 chicken sandwich meals. When I walked in I was the only customer and Until I walked out I was the only customer, roughly around 8:30pm. Cashier took my order. I waited 35 minutes and then asked another associate how much longer it would be until the order was ready... He looked at me Confused and asked what order. I told him what I ordered and he went to the back to ask the cashier who took my order, about the order I assume. After another 5minutes he came back to inform me that all the buns were frozen and it would be quite some time til they were thawed out and asked what else I would like to order instead. 🤔Almost 45 minutes later? Needless to say I asked for a refund. And 2nd visit wasn't any better UNFORTUNATELY Due to another Associate Named Brenda. She likes to cut you off while you're trying to order and Doesn't speak to you... She YELLS at you... LOUDLY. I sat their and watched her yell at 2 female associates about what sounded to me was minor things. The Associates informed me that she's always like that and does things intentionally to irritate them/Make them upset, cuts their hours and gives them to her husband all week, cuts them off while their speaking, intentionally "Bumps" into them, and etc. After she Basically threw my change at me and walked away... I feel sorry for the girls who have to deal with her because I will...

It was my first time using this Church's Chicken. I don't suggest using this establishment. Though you can actually enter this restaurant. I had made the order online for a 16 piece of chicken with 3 sides and 8 biscuits at 6:30pm. The app suggested it would be ready @ 6:45. However, to give a little more time I arrived 15 minutes later. I went through the drive-thru and was informed to walk inside. When i walked in there were 5 people in line. There is no greeting or smile. There's no place for customers to sit down. The Attitude of the young lady "in charge" left little to be desired. She was rude, snotty, and cold. The young man and other young lady Adrianna were very quiet as if embarrassed by there superiors actions. I was informed after about 20 minutes that they didn't have the mac and cheese I had ordered. At that time I was presented with other choices. By now, the people who had been in the store were gone and I was alone. It took me close to an hour in total to receive my 40.00 family meal. This place is absolutely horrible I worked here not too long ago they were racist and cruel made rude nasty comments Lisa the manager likes talk nasty crap about her employees screams in their face when they don’t get her a perfect score or her inspection because she doesn’t train anyone stays back there in her little office all day other employees like to make fun of ppl highly unprofessional I worked my ass off for this job was kind with my customers professional I promoted sales cleaned did everything they asked nothing was ever appreciated and Lisa likes take all the credit from her employees they up charge on things without your knowledge they make us use dirty utensils they don’t even wash for your food use boxes off the dirty floor for your chicken they don’t check temperatures for anything DO NOT EAT HERE AND CERTAINLY DO NOT APPLY HERE YOU WONT BE APPRECIATED AND YOUR HARD WORK WILL BE TAKEN...
