This is an accumulation of 3 consecutive horrible experiences at cookout. If you go through this line and get home with everything you ordered I congratulate you cause I never have. Today, we ordered at the speaker & repeated the order 3 times. I get to the window. “What’s the name” I say my name, they take my card not repeating the order and hand me back 1/2 of it. I let the rude white lady at the window know how it’s not all of it. “Well that’s all you paid for” nah dip Sherlock I have the receipt now and I see that (also they rung in like 3 waters?? And didn’t even hand us those so I guess the free water was Out of stock today). After back and forth and having to talk to a human lacking 2 of the three brain cells they clocked in with that day, I pulled to the front to just go in cause I was getting no where. I re-ordered the other half of the order & before I paid it was in front of me. Why? Cause they had it made. CAUSE THEY CALLED IT OUT CAUSE I ORDERED IT. I paid and meanwhile I hear her doing it to multiple people & she isn’t even helpful. “Look at me baby not the receipt you talk to me not paper” first of STOP that is just unnecessary but for real who hired this lady? She is rude to customers & can’t run an effective drive thru. I have had it with this location & it’s done. This woman alternates between the drive thru and the front counter & I get unlucky each time. Our food is always wrong cause I ask for something she just makes a note 7 times “see cashier” well her 1 functioning brain cell can’t remember when the cook asks her what it is vs just saying no tomato I can’t understand her. Our fries? Yeah we got 3 fries for $8 tray. My tea? A hair in the ice cause no one is wearing proper hair nets or have it pulled back. I want DHEC in her tomorrow. Sauce? Asked for Buffalo for Polynesian. If I wanted that I would have asked but it’s not hard. A chicken quesadilla? Not even pressed to melt the cheese. Did you order a BLT? well your soggy bun, 1 piece of bacon, rotten tomato, and lettuce core stump will be $5 thanks
I’m frustrated & can’t find a manager to even tell this too cause they all look lost in the weeds the moment a car hits the drive thru.
Better luck to...
Read moreOkay so first off I've been to the hillcrest location plenty of times and I love their service and food they are always super nice, they look very professional and look like they enjoy their job. I will definitely return there. My experience at the boiling springs location however was different. VERY!!!! I came here with my family September 3rd 2017 from 6-7pm today. First off we had to clean our own tables off that we're covered in sugar. Then they got 4 out of 7 of our orders wrong. My mother and I carried the four orders back up to the register and told the lady with black hair (that was very rude and didn't want to listen AT ALL!!!) that the four orders were wrong and what was wrong with them. She responded by saying they weren't wrong with big orders (7 orders) you had to mix and match.... ummmm NO! It's the kitchens job to make sure the right food was in the right box. Also 4 items were missing. They gave us the 4 items and told me that one of the chickens in the other box with different sides must be my spicy chicken. I asked how do you know that? She said "because it's breaded if it's breaded it's spicy" I replied "not necessarily because your regular chicken is breaded too" she said "no it's spicy it's right" I replied "most restaurants I've been to takes the food back and makes the kitchen redo the order if they get it wrong" she replied once again saying "it's not wrong just in different boxes" she was very rude poor customer service so I just gave up took the food back and come to find out my "spicy chicken" was just a plain chicken as I suspected. Come to find out she was the one responsible for coming out and cleaning the tables off after people left. Never coming to Boiling springs cookout ever again. On the way out saw a sign "apply to cookout now looking for FRIENDLY!!!! People" hopefully looking to replace the woman behind the counter. For the manager: They need name tags so people can identify them and the wrong person doesn't...
Read moreNormally I love hearing let's get Cook Out. Not anymore, after today I doubt we'll be going back. We get the line is long, that's fine because it's always busy. We order our food and because our eight year old changed her mind on her drink we got a major eye roll and uh, oh my God whatever. Okay... Again, they are busy she was probably irritated and ready for a break I get that. Waited nearly 30 minutes in line, get our food, and get a chance to check and make sure everything was in there. It wasn't. We had to pull back in and go in explain what we were missing, not a hassle no eye rolling that time just oh ok sorry about that. I checked the receipt again because I'm EXTREMELY allergic to mayo and always have to double repeat it, it said no mayo so I was good and off we go. I pull everything out... They replaced our missing items with two incorrect items. I check my burger and immediately rolled my own eyes. Mayo was covering this thing- I couldn't touch it. My husband offered to switch with me since he doesn't like mayo and we switched and still couldn't eat!! Half of his bacon was raw, and inside the bun he found two really long blondish brown hairs and a long brown hair in the middle where they had cut the patty in half. Thirty something dollars in the trash, and the sad part is when we called no...
