Staff was very attentive however, the food was subpar. Being told that the food was premade and not made to order would have Gordon Ramsey cuss the owner out for cheaping out like that. My wife felt ill after eating there due to that. You talk about your pride at the restaurant, but if that were true you'd actually serve fresh made to order food that didn't taste bland and generic. I don't know if we caught yall on a bad day, your standards dropped, or what else may have changed but our experience was not like these 5 stars I'm seeing. I feel sorry for your staff that they have to lie to customers about the freshness of food in order to keep customers, thankfully you have one honest server, who told us when we were ordering and wanted leave stuff off the food, that the food was premade. Wife chose this place because she had heard good things about it, but i guess all those positive things are in the past because we didn't experience anything like these 5 stars did. The restaurant wasn't even busy and the wait times weren't bad, but frankly i felt scammed getting a $40 bill for food that added together didn't come close to the bill. All we got were the nachos as an appetizer, which presentation wise threw me off because they looked burnt and they tasted stale, the slam burger which definitely tasted frozen, and the chimichanga which, according to my wife was disappointing, much like...

This place ticks all the boxes
Chef driven kitchen. They have thought about the details, and all the flavors compliment each other. I’ve never asked for a modification, except for more jalapeños with my chips and salsa, but the kitchen staff seems more than capable of handling changes. Really though, trust the kitchen, you won’t be disappointed. The bartender’s are top notch, while I tend to have a set drink preference here, I had an amazing martini a couple of nights ago. It wasn’t served in a martini glass, but I ain’t that picky. It was quite tasty. They are also knowledgeable about the food so don’t hesitate to ask. The servers are friendly, knowledgeable as well, and know the menu too. Don’t be afraid to ask them what they like to eat, and don’t be afraid to follow their lead. Price wise this a very reasonable place to go. It seems to me that they have hit upon the “we are making money, but not overcharging customers” price point. All said, great food, killer drinks, won’t break your budget, and you’ll probably have a damn good time. Try the Brussel Sprouts, ‘cause your mama said eat more...

My husband and I couldn't wait for the new Boiling Springs location to open up, as we have never been to a Willy Taco. First visit was with family, and we were very happy about our decision. The food was great and the service was good. I'm a real salsa and chips kinda gal and let me tell you this salsa is so fresh and to die for they even have blue corn chips which is a plus. Our next two visits also went well. Our 4th visit not so much, but things happen and that's called life. After a private message to management they made things right. I can say the management and team member there really care. We decided to give it another go tonight and I can honestly say that we were very pleased. Management went out of their way to make sure we were happy, and that showed they truly cared. The food is scrumptious and we were very happy about giving it another go. The Taco salad, burrito bowl and quesidellas are absolutely amazing. Our server Ashton was totally awesome. Thank you Willy Taco for being an amazing establishment in...

From my personal experience DO NOT go to the Willy Taco in Spartanburg. My partner and I walked in around 9pm if I'm not mistaken on the time. (Regardless it was night and past rush hours.) We stood at the host's desk whilst about four employees stared at us before they continued talking. A young woman walked from the tables asked if we had been spoken with, we said no. She turned to a lady I assume was the host and said "there are people waiting." This hostess looks us dead in the face and turns around and walks off. Mind you they weren't busy and that's saying something for the Willy Taco in Spartanburg. We left and came to the Willy Taco here in Boiling Springs. So with that being said Willy Taco Boiling Springs? Amazing! We walked in and immediately were greeted and seated. The young gentleman who was our waiter that night went above and beyond and he was phenomenally sweet! If I want Willy Taco I will always choose the one in Boiling Springs. It's closer anyways.

3 stars seems a bit harsh, but half of my experience here was wonderful, and the other half could only be described as average, which isn't necessarily bad. I ordered the four for twenty special, ordering the street corn fritters, cheeseburger taco, mother clucker, and the dessert option as well. The picture is unrelated, and from another party member, but pictured is the Seoul city taco and the fish and chips taco. The street corn fritters were the highlight of the entire meal, and we're delicious. Me and my party enjoyed them greatly. The cheeseburger taco was probably the best one we had ordered as well, the mother clucker and Seoul tacos were average, and the fish and chips taco felt lacking. The dessert was lackluster and very small, I expected to be able to share with my party but the dessert really only seemed to be for one person. I would go again, but be cautious of the price.

First time here and wow!!! I've always heard mixed reviews and so I haven't gone, but man have I been missing out. I was very impressed. Great service, seasoning/sauces, and OMG the drinks!!! It's hard finding vegetarian options that don't taste bland, but this fit the bill. The roasted cauliflower side was out of this world on flavor profile and my avocado taco was simple but delicious. Also, the sangria was the best I've ever had, not sickly sweet like most and actually tasted more like the ingredients than other restaurants. My husband has the Argentinan quesadilla that he's still going on and on about. His super margarita was amazing and didn't taste like straight sour mix. Definitely new favorite easy go-to when you don't know what to eat!!!!!!!!
