Waffle House — Restaurant in South Carolina

They took my order well 2 T-Bones 1-medium rare 1-rare both cooked in A1 sauce with onions and mushrooms with 2 large sausage egg and cheese add ham and tomato and butter and grape jelly grit bowls on the side and a chicken egg and cheese biscuit add Bacon lettuce and tomato cook the chicken under the dome lid and don't flatten the bacon and cook the egg in the ring

Called it out like that

Steaks not cooked in A1 sauce no onions or mushrooms

No tomato in the grit bowls

No bacon, egg, cheese, lettuce or tomato on the chicken biscuit

Ask for them to correct the error

They throw the steaks back on the grill cooking them even longer bother to over well done and dry now dumped a lot of A1 sauce on top put half cooked onions and mushrooms on top then waved the plates at me in a mockery like see it's done

Cooked up some Bacon and flattened it making it hard and burnt and an egg not in the ring and put the bacon, egg and cheese on the chicken biscuit and then smashed it down making it crumble apart ask what about the lettuce and tomato they stick that in a separate container telling me to put it on myself asked if they would put some tomatoes in my grits for me they took the container with the tomato in it for the chicken biscuit and add more tomatoes to it told me I can do that to I paid over $60 for my food

Got home and the steaks were over cooked tasting like they dumped hot sauce on them instead of A1 sauce

Chicken was dry and way over cooked chopped to hell and had been cooked with a weight bar on it not under the dome lid

Went to this Waffle House at 9 PM. There were only about 3 employees inside, 2 were on their phones. My family sat down, waited about 5 mins for someone to take our drink order, no big deal. 3 waters shouldn’t be a problem. Then finally he comes to get our food order. We wait another 10-15 mins to finally receive our food. Our chicken melt wasn’t made as requested. Our waiter didn’t even have a care in the world. We were responding with “Thank you” after everything we received “mhm” is the most we got back. Finally after we finish our sub-par meal, my father asks for the check, which is followed by our waiter responding with “alright.” Mind you he was on his phone, and continued to use it even after we asked for the check. Multiple times in the last few weeks my wife has called to place orders, every single time a waitress answers and proceeds to put us on hold and hang up. Then the phones always get turned off. I went into waffle house tonight to place my wife’s order, and while sitting in the parking lot I called into the store and the phone was not being answered but the waitress was sitting near the phone. When I walked in and asked to place an order the waitress proceeded to ask why I didn’t called my food in, To which I let her know my wife did, spoke to someone and that someone hung up. This is something that occurs regularly at this waffle house and most times my wife or I have been in they are never busy.
