Vibez/Family 1st Cafe — Restaurant in South Carolina

So the day that I found out about this place a picture had come across my FB timeline. I inquired about it and immediately called to check their hours. During the week the girl said they are open 12:30pm - 9pm (just FYI) and i went THAT SAME DAY and placed my order for the picture that I saw! - I plays no games when it comes to food, especially salads and let..me..tell..you...their salads are the truth! They load you up on meats so its not just a bunch of lettuce and the food is fresh. If you go on your lunch break (as with any restaurant) i recommend calling ahead to place an order but well worth the wait. Prices are very, very reasonable for the amount of food they give you. Only been once so far but plan to visit often. Lovely staff, clean environment. If you're not paying attention from Two Notch its very easy to fly past this place but its between the "This Is It" and the Gas...

I ordered 2 hot dog, wing, and fries combo. My receipt as soon as I paid came to my phone at 1:57pm. The lady at the front counter was VERY nice. She told me the food would be out in “15 mins”, which I was more than okay with. CHILEEEEEEEE why I waited for a whole hour. I did not leave until after 2:50pm. I ended up asking for a refund but she said “yours is right here” She then said “orders come out the way they are placed, I can’t move an order ahead of another.” I never asked her to do anything of that nature. Do not tell your customers 15 mins if it looks as if the kitchen is not prepared to get things out in that time frame. If I knew it was an hour, I would’ve left, did what I had to do or come back another day. That little shenanigan on top of the sweet chili on the hot dog is why it’s a 2 star ... nice vibe there...

Called @9:38pm and asked when they were closing and the lady clearly stated 11pm. I pulled up 20 minutes later and a man told us they were closed but the closed sign was not up, music was blasting, and people were at the bar. I told him I had just called and a lady stated they were not closing till 11pm & he couldn’t even say anything. I was highly upset I wasted time driving for them to be “ closed “.
