They honestly deserve more than 5/5 Like, no joke. This location goes above and beyond!
So, around a year ago, I got a box of cookies from Crumbl. Unfortunately, it turns out the ants in my house love delicious cookies too and invaded my box.
I emailed the store and they were really generous. Even though the ant issue was 100% my fault and not theirs, they still valued my experience and told me the next time I came in they'd give me a free box!
I happen to come across a string of bad luck shortly after that and wasn't able to take them up on it. I lost my car and more...
One night, I remembered the offer of a free box of cookies and decided to ride my bike to the store and see if they'd still honor it. Just as I got there, they locked to door (lol). They were kind and let me in anyway, and I honestly felt embarrassed asking to honor a free coupon from a year ago especially since they were closing.
They were so kind and told me I wasn't causing them any discomfort. They understood that life got hard for me and they still wanted me to have a good experience even if it was a year later.
Like, wow. They really cared a lot about me as an individual. They had no obligation to do any of the things they did to make my experience better. I ruined my cookies, I forgot about the free coupon for a year, I showed up as they were closing. They did absolutely nothing wrong, yet did everything they could to make things right...
Read moreVery annoyed at the experience I had at this location. We were in the Myrtle Beach area on a short vacation and drove 30 minutes from our hotel just to come to this location. I wanted a specific cookie of the week (chocolate covered strawberry). When I arrived to the kiosk and placed my order the screen showed there was 1 of those left and I placed my order and the main screen then changed to sold out of that flavor. So I was like “great I got the last one!” And went to stand in line. I was there waiting a few minutes when someone walked in and went straight to the waiting area so I assume she ordered online. A few more minutes passed and they told her they were sold out of the cookie flavor she had ordered online and she asked them to replace it with chocolate covered strawberry. The worker then went to where they keep the cookie storage and boxed it up for her and told her “you got our last chocolate covered strawberry!” She sold my cookie right out from under me.. I had already paid for it, had already been standing there waiting on it. The worker did not check the orders of those of us waiting before she gave away the last one. When she got around to fulfilling my order she informed me they were sold out and I had to pick another. She should have made sure the cookie was not already sold before giving it away. Very disappointed in this experience and that I wasted an hour of my vacation to go there....
Read moreWhoever the Part Owner lady is, does not need to be in business dealing with people. I go in and tell her the name I’m picking up for because it’s for door dash. She says ok it’ll be a minute. Ok great. I’m waiting 15 minutes as everyone else is getting their food when I should have already gotten mine because it’s a door dash order so they already have it. I finally ask her where we are at with the order and she says is it for door dash? Yes it is. Well did you check in? I’m sorry what?? What do you mean, I already checked in when I said I was there. She said well it’s not showing green. So you’ve had me sitting here for 15 plus minutes and you wait until I ask where we are at on the order to tell me about “checking in” when I told you the name when I first got there! So why didn’t you say something when I told you the name and you saw the name on the screen!! But hey, yea you should be in a business that deals with people. Whoever the actual owner is should fire this part owner....
