Solid 3 I’d say. The food tasted fine but the presentation, portion, and pricing seemed off. They offer bowls, salads, waffles, toasts, and smoothies. We got bowls. I tried the Farm Bowl minus the hard boiled egg and changed out the recommended dressing for the avocado ranch dressing. It came with romaine lettuce….lots of Romain lettuce…chicken, goat cheese, walnuts, corn, and croutons. The bowl was small….too small. The toppings were arranged on top of the Romain with no room to combine ingredients or to add any dressing. Nearly impossible to eat as a whole salad and instead had to work through most of the toppings before reaching any lettuce and by then there were barely any toppings left to eat with the lettuce. Overall the portions were ok I suppose but the bowl really needed to be bigger in order to eat it. Absolutely no room to mix or add dressing as prepared and presented. My husband got the protein bowl…Romain, spinach, chicken, edamame, quinoa, feta, and croutons. Same thing….no room to mix, toss, add dressing. Put your fork in and most of the toppings fall onto the table. And at $12 per salad we were expecting more…better presentation overall would help.

Bowled in Sayebrook offers a refreshing take on fast food, specializing in healthy and delicious açai bowls, salad bowls, and smoothies. Their menu features a variety of options to cater to different tastes. You can build your own bowl with fresh fruits, vegetables, granola, and protein, or choose from their pre-designed creations. I particularly enjoyed the [mention a specific bowl you liked, if you've been there], which offered a perfect balance of sweet and savory flavors. The portion sizes are generous, making them perfect for a satisfying lunch or a healthy on-the-go meal. They also have a variety of smoothie options, which seem like a great choice for a refreshing pick-me-up. Located conveniently at 106 Sayebrook Pkwy., Unit 4 in Myrtle Beach, Bowled is a great option for a healthy and delicious meal. They also offer online ordering for pickup or delivery, making it even more convenient.

I was super excited to try the salmon bowl, leary when I was explained that it was sushi grade salmon. I would’ve preferred it cooked. I did get it mixed together which would alleviate some of the other reviews in saying that they couldn’t do it themselves however … I got no avocado which is why I got a large was to get a little bit extra. Also ordered all spinach and it didn’t come that way either. So those bummed me out, as well as the fact that it comes in plastic. The place itself is clean, crisp & white … yet quite boring & without anything attractive to really look at. But then, I’m a designer … I have a feeling the jerk chicken will be much better. 😉

this review is being written a month after eating there because my girlfriend and I still talk about how unpleasant it was. I’m not one to write reviews as I don’t care enough to usually but this place deserves it. So first off, we walked in to complete silence and awkwardness as there was no music or sound or anything going on in there. The decorating was just a sticker on the wall and that’s about it. None of that is about the food or staff though. The staff seemed like we were inconveniencing them by being there and we didn’t even notice the hidden kiosk in the corner that we could have used. We ordered, sat down and waited about 30-40 minutes for the multiple employees to make two bowls in an empty, soundless restaurant. We even had the pleasure of watching 3 other couples come in and walk out probably due to the intense quiet surrounding them. When we got our bowls, I was curious how it took so long to make as they were just thrown together. I could have made the same thing at home in about 3 minutes. That’s if I took the time to wash the fruit and cut it up myself. The peanut butter was just a big scoop out of the jar plopped in the corner and not drizzled or anything. All in all just not a...

The staff was incredibly nice and I even watched them turn down a tip from a customer because they had such a good relationship with them. Everyone who worked there was an utter sweetheart. The only criticism I have here is the food was not that great and not worth the price, at least when it comes to their salad and grain bowl options. All of the vegetables were raw or were pre cooked (an example being the beets were clearly from a can). Even the tofu was raw. Dressing were not made in house. Nothing was seasoned, mostly cause everything was raw lol. And while the price point here is much lower compared to other “build a bowl” style take out, I could go to the Lowe’s across the street and get LITERALLY the exact same meal for a much lower price at their salad bar. None of the food options were something that would bring me back. The only thing that would, if anything, would be how insanely kind and compassionate the...
