I will NEVER go to another Subway if this is how they allow their customers to be treated. My daughter ordered and paid for 2 foot long spicy Italian sandwiches from the subway located at 249 Detective Mike Doty Memorial Hwy, Fort Mill, SC . When I went to pick them up I was told their system was down, order didn't come through and that money was returned to our card. Uh no, upon speaking with my daughter she informed me that funds were taken from her account as she paid through PayPal. She then sent me the Subway receipt which indicated that our order was ready for pick up. Upon returning to store to show employees the receipt they still insisted that they had "declined" the order and therefore I would have to take it up with PayPal. The older lady was very apologetic and was going to make subs. The younger girl was nothing but an attitudie Judy who got on phone with manager who said the same thing. I would have to take it up with PayPal. What I don't understand is if system was down how did they know there was an online order (which they said they declined),?? All I know is the money was taken and I have no dinner. I would appreciate if someone could contact me to discuss...
Read moreThis place needs some SERIOUS help, Upon arriving to pick up my online order, I stood at the counter for 15 minutes waiting for someone to come help me. The clerk at the circle k portion of the store hollered to me that the guy working is named Scott and I should yell for him. Excuse me ? I have to yell for someone to make the order I paid for? Scott then came from back office and claimed that he did not have my order, I assured him that I already paid online and that I knew I was in the correct location. He then Magically found my order in the computer. Then, Instead of starting my order, He got on a personal phone call regarding his bank/Bank statements. Did not wash his hands once the entire time I was there. The subway bar was absolutely disgusting and almost all of the cold holding bins were empty! Scott then proceeded to inform me that someone called out today and it was due to not being paid in 3 weeks. "not sure why I was being told this" Scott then turned away 4 hungry men and told them that he would not be able to serve then for over 30 minutes due to my 2 sandwhich order. "turning away business"

Read moreThe staff combination that was working on 2/29/24 at 1 o’clock is horrible. Both ladies were moving like snails. One was more worried about talking and not working than making sandwiches, and the other lady was more worried about bargaining making new free sandwiches for people that already had what they asked for- just because the customer asked how a different sauce tasted. Line was to the door. Every customer was unhappy and some walked out. In the amount of time we stood in that line and waited for our food to be made we could have gotten back in our car and drove to the store to buy the things we needed to make the sandwich ourselves. Both ladies were nice but they had zero sense of urgency nor did they apologize for taking A YEAR to make a sandwich. One of them kept saying “you’re making my job easy” when a customer didn’t want something toasted or asked for a bowl… well they obviously didn’t make it easy enough because come on… 🙄 This location is usually fine.
