Twin Peaks — Restaurant in Pineville

Noticed this place opening in a local group on Facebook and thought I’ll give it a try .. that was probably the first mistake right there .. let me give you a brief summary of how our night went ..

This place is a very convenient place if you’re in town and looking for a spot to watch sports but you will notice real quickly that their service can use some work.

Let’s first start with the bar… the ladies are pretty and have decent attitudes but the lack of communication sticks out like a sore thumb and very noticeable !! .. As a party of 2, we dined in at the bar and was greeted by 2 young ladies .. we both placed our order and we also ordered an Appetizer to go with our orders .. one entree came out fairly quick and the appetizer came out shortly after .. now the young lady taking my order claims it was only one order that she put in.. (despite me asking her a question about an entree) .. now I’m not sure how she came to that conclusion but we’ll carry on .. another young lady had to step in an correct the order from the confusion but we no longer saw this lady anymore for the rest of the night. As we proceeded to try and resolve the matter I asked the young lady (if) she can, to not have toppings on what I originally ordered(onion & cilantro) ..ofc they failed miserably at the instructions I gave them for the SECOND time ..

So to sum things up , you incorrectly placed an order or forgot to place the order then you still proceeded to mess the instructions of the order. Got it! I’m fortunate to have gotten what I placed in the beginning but had to go through a lot of mess just for such a simple fix!

Listen I know businesses are capable of having off nights but this was some of the worst customer service I’ve gotten in a while .. I don’t know if it was just the bar its-self or this business in general but whatever the case may-be it needs to be rectified immediately .. very...

My monday night service was not good at all from the beginning when I first walked in and sat at the bar. This was late at night, WASNT BUSY AT ALL with only 2 people at the bar and i wasnt acknowledged when I first sat down, bar was dirty with someones old napkin. My greeting was, "What you drinking?" once i was noticed. After ordering my food, (a menu with mainly spicy dishes) burger and fries, I sat and watched the bartender just sit on the bar and play with her phone, not checking to see if my food is ready. I tried to spark a conversation, i got nothing but dead energy. I looked over at the kitchen after waiting for awhile for them to cook the food when im the only one ordering food in a non busy restaurant, finally i see a burger and fries put on the shelf under warmer. Not sure if its mine. Bartender is still on her phone. 5 mins go by and manager sees the food, picks the food up and starts talking to the cook. After a minute or two, the bartender gets up and goes over their to check on the food. The dish happens to be mine. When delivered to me, it was cold. Plus i didnt have any Utensils or Napkins given before or during my meal.

It makes no sense for the only person in the restaurant thats ordering dine-in to receive it cold. You all are not busy at all. And if the cook knew he didnt have the warmer on, why didnt he call the bartender to pick up the food? Poor service in my opinion. Then manager offers to remake it at 11:57pm after I waited all that time and they...

Very very rarely will go out of my way to leave a bad review as I try to stay very positive with a glass is half full mindset but this experience was particularly bad. It started with the hostess being very rude to us simply fr us asking her if we could sit at a high top instead of a booth. That required her to hit another button or two on her computer which extremely upset her. Then the food and drinks throughout the whole experience took a very long time to get to us, which to be honest that isn’t that bad of an issue. Our server also had a very bad attitude with us. This attitude came when one person in our group ordered a specific liquor on the rocks, whatever was brought to her was not the correct drink. In a very polite respectful manor we asked if she could remake the drink for us, after that the rest of the night she had a terrible attitude with us. It was actually amazing to me the way she was acting like a bratty 15 year old teen upset about her mother asking her to make her bed. I had never seen someone act like that in that situation. We were out with a big group in a social atmosphere and this service was ruining our reunion we consequently asked the manager if we could change servers. Once we got a new server the rest of the experience was great! The food was also very good! I would be very wary of this place simply because of the service. Worst experience I have had in years at...
