Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in South Carolina

This is the second time we have been to this DQ, it is just down the road from our new place and the first time the dining room was closed because they were under staffed, nothing traumatic, we got our food and ate in the parking lot, just annoying when it is hot out.

And last night at the drive-through they said they had zero ice-cream left in the store and nothing Ice cream related could be made. Huge bummer, I really wanted a Peanut Buster.. anyways I ordered a Cheese burger and a sprite for my wife and we ended up sitting at the window for 10 minutes or so as we heard them tell other cars they were out of Burgers and made several Icecreams.

I get it can be stressful working in the food industry, I did myself for a long time and there are just things that happen outside of your control, but like make up your minds please.

We will likely be back, like I said it is right near us and we don't care for Macdonalds. But eesh... let's get...

Was not impressed with this location. Ordered my food on the app, arrived earlier than pick up time - they handed me a bag that was missing food. I had to ask multiple times for my drinks. The server at the window passed everything off to another worker. The manager was standing around talking through the kitchen window. They were dancing and playing around. I called back once I got home and told them my order was incorrect, cold and the soda was flat. Even if I wanted to I couldn't go back for the correct food because they were closed. (Thanksgiving Eve they closed at 6pm - I think that is GREAT to do for family time!) He offered to "put my name on the board" to get the missing food and I told him I wanted a full refund, of...

I ordered my meal half an hour in advance online to pick up at 12:30. I was supposed to pick it up inside, however the lobby was temporarily closed. I pulled into the drive-thru and had three cars in front of me. Told him I had an online order and they instructed me to drive around. I pull up to the window at 12:37 and they told me it was going to be a 6 minute wait and to pull into the mobile pickup. At 12:44 we received our meal. However, we were missing a drink and a blizzard. I understand that people are short staff and get busy but when I order a half an hour and advance I would expect my meal to be ready...
