Absolutely beautiful too overcrowded with people who reside there not very nice the only because they pay higher taxes on that little strip of sand they don't want anybody else on it they don't remember that the water does not belong to them it belongs to all of us when we all must take care of it so if we treat each other properly with respect we can all...

This is a very nice area. The historical locations along the way are clearly marked. The public beach access at the very end had plenty of parking and it also had bathroom facilities (outhouses). The walk on the beach was very nice and clean. There are some sea shells to be collected, but not as many as other places we've been. All in all, it's a nice...

This small park is the welcome area to the actual island - the town of Pawleys Island apparently exists on the other side of the causeway - and has been maintained or restored to look like the original land. Palm trees and an open grass spot that is very likely where a festival or market might be held.
