I use to really like this Dunkin. They were quick, efficient, and my coffee would always taste the same each time I went. I'm not sure if they are under new management, or have new staff but it has dramatically declined.
I like the cold brews with sweat foam. The last time I ordered one through the drive thru. I was charged $4.39 for it, but then given just a cold brew with no foam and was told they were out. That's fine, with how busy it can be I don't expect you to remember everything you are out of until you're going to grab it. However, I know there is a price difference between just a regular cold brew and one with the foam. When asked, the girl at the window said they cost the same. They don't, a large cold brew is $3.80ish. When I said there was, she repeated there wasn't and closed the window. Prices do change and pressed for time since I was on my lunch, I decided not to argue. When I got home, I double checked the prices on the app. That's about a $.50 difference. The cost is not the issue, but the fact that they just didn't care enough.
I went back yesterday with my SO to get something quick before we got groceries since its the closest to our apartment. A coffee, a refresher and two bagels, one plain and one everything with veggie cream cheese. The cashier, who I am assuming is new and I don't have an issue with since they're learning, put my refresher in incorrectly and charged me for something else. That was fixed no issue. However, they forgot to make my SO's coffee. We waited ten minutes before asking because they were busy and were met with attitude that they were busy. But my drink came out first, our food came out, and the complicated drinks the handful of people behind us ordered came out first. We weren't rude or anything and to be met with attitude. On top of everything our bagels were made incorrectly and weren't discovered until fifteen minutes...

Today I went through the drive thru only to sit at the order screen for 11 min with not a single car in front of me.When Amber the woman taking my order finally proceed to do so I ordered two sausage wake up wraps no egg and a sausage and cheese biscuit and two coffees seems simple enough. I pull up to the window the older gentleman who is always there greeted me handed me coffee number 1 which was made wrong but didnāt complain. He then proceeded to hand me our food bag which consisted of three wake up wraps in which I didnāt order three. I told him it was wrong and I had ordered a sausage biscuit with cheese. He proceeded to tell me the food is in the bag I explained myself again he than started to argue about it.Repeatedly saying the food is in the bag over and over.He took the bag and than handed it back to me twice.Amber then came to the window to tell me because biscuits donāt come with cheese I said I know that is why I asked for it to have cheese she than proceeded to say well biscuits donāt come with cheese.so your telling me you made me something entirely different. You made a sausage egg and cheese wake up wraps instead of what I actually ordered. Both employees were extremely rude.Amber especially no customer should be treated that way I was repeatedly talked down too and argued with knowing what I ordered and she even confirming she knew what I ordered. We still left without the biscuit. The disrespect from these two employees is unacceptable. If you canāt be respectful you should not be in customer service 10/10 would...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreAt around 7:00 PM on 9/8/2015 I ventured out to the Dunkin Donuts on 501 in Conway, SC to purchase a box of coffee and two dozen donuts for a get-together I am having (I'm late to it now). I go to this location every morning to get a large coffee, sometimes a bagel and I've never had any problems. I arrived there tonight and walked in with an older gentleman behind me. I let him go first and when he was done I was greeted by a somewhat vertically challenged older woman who asked me what I would like. I started scanning the right side of the donut rack to begin sizing up how I would organize this substantial order. As my eyes made their way to the left side rack I realized the woman was blocking out the entire thing and I couldn't see what they had available. All I did was motion to her with my hand to ask her to step to the side and she rudely snapped "what was that hand motion for?". I explained that she was blocking the rack and I couldn't see the donuts. She then stated "I would have moved" indicating that she took some sort of offense to me motioning to her that I couldn't see the rack and needed her to step aside. I told her to forget about the donuts and walked out. I went to the store for donuts...not an argument. I decided to buy junk food and soda at the local Food Lion instead.
This woman needs some additional training in customer service. I will no longer be buying anything other than my morning coffee from...
