First off despite the tone of this terrible experience MATT the salesman was a good guy and patient with the kids picking out a bed. However This place lied, tried to take month to deliver and finally said it would take weeks to send my 7yr old childs money back! BUT WAIT THERE MORE!!
My child (7yrs old) saved her money to get a new bed. She was so proud to go get it. Picked it out and sadly we were told it takes about 2 weeks to deliver. We took it as a lesson in patience for the child. 2 weeks to come and go and 230pm on delivery day a rep calls to say the truck broke down. Now they can't deliver for 2 more weeks!! It should not take that long to correct this. I asked for a manager. Was referred to Anthony the manager who a minute into our conversation asked me not to curse. Mind you I was still not frustrated at this point and absolutely not aiming vulgarity at anyone. A well placed (bs) or (h**ll) should not warrant a warning from this Anthony. I explained my frustration without more flavor. He explained the truck was not broken but they simply forgot to schedule a handful of orders!!! I was happier with the truck broke down. I asked for a refund for the child's money and was told that too would be 2 weeks!! They failed as a company. In end I asked Anthony if this language policy was his or the company he stated it was his own. I said he cant my limit my freedom of speech and he should go procreate with himself. A few minutes later he called back!! His excuse was he needed to confirm my address again which I did before on the phone. He went on to vent about how he Hoped I felt better with my comment and our upbringing must have been different. Even doing some mocking voices to exaggerate things. It was a horrible show of professionalism and further goes to show why i asked for the refund and why this company can't get thier act together. However He did do all this without cursing as did I which I will give him credit for. Mattress firms poor Anthony seems to be sensitive and so weak that mear words can hurt him. I hope he doesn't dwell on my (mattress) firm words to him.

He allowed us all the time we wanted to try different models, explained the pros and con of each and helped us make an informed decision. He didn’t bash or put down any other company or their products but explained the differences in a professional manner.
This is the second purchase we have made from this company since 2014, purchased a mattress set from their previous company “Sleepy’s’ when we lived in Maryland. We were pleased with that purchase also.
My wife and I strongly recommend this Mattress Firm when you are in the market for a new mattress or bed.

The store was closing at 9 and unfortunately we were one of those people that arrived around 8:15 but Matt who was working was not upset and took really good care of us. He explained everything in detail and asked us many questions to ensure we were getting the bed that fits us best. Even with us showing up later in the day and close to closing, he did not rush us and actually encouraged us to lay on different beds to feel the difference.
