So I love this place so much I had to come and review it twice with my other Gmail account as we all know you can't leave more than one review which is nuts and makes no sense that a person could leave a bad review and not be able to update their experience. I can't tell you how much I love coming to this store! Everyone there is super friendly but when I go there they greet me by name at the drive through as I usually am in a little bit of a hurry to get to work. Then whoever is at the window not only speaks but asks me how I am doing and getting along if there isn't people behind me and I feel as if they really are interested in how I'm doing. My drink is always made exactly the same every time and it's how I like it. The bagel bites are heaven and at times I can get a burnt or harder one in the bunch but that isn't the staff that's dunkins quality control (come on dunkin). It is hands down the best place to get coffee and any type of breakfast thing to eat anywhere around the Fort Mill, Rock Hill, and I personally would even say Charlotte. I have tried a lot of so called gourmet coffee joints around Charlotte searching for the best coffee drink and it has been right down the street form me the entire time. The fact that I can walk to this dunkin from my house is proof that God loves me! Haha. Thanks so much to the dunkin team! I will be coming with presents at Christmas time for all of you! You guys make my day everytime I pull up and you say good morning Earl! I hope all of you have a blessed weekend and to whoever is running this location kudos to you for spotting talented, good hearted, capable, individuals. If I were you I would keep the people working for you there by any means necessary because if certain people in that store drop off and stop working there the customer service alone will fall and if they make the drinks Idk what will happen but I do know a place is successful because of the people who run it and this is proof of that. You guys and gals are the best!!!!! Thank you for making every single visit a great...
Read moreI went to this Dunkin yesterday and went through the drive-thru. I placed my order. When approaching the window. The guy at the window kind of gave a stare like he didn't care to be there. However, that didn't bother me too much. So I got my food, and I got close to the highway. As I'm trying out my hashbrowns, I smelled a burnt smell. So I got my breakfast sandwich out, and the croissant was burnt kind of bad, and this was not toasted. Then I noticed it was no cheese on my croissant as well. I dont have time to turn around to take it back. I went today but went inside this time. 3 people standing in the front, and I didn't get greeted right away. So when I was ordering, I told the girl what happened, and she apologized. However, I asked me if I wanted extra cheese, and I was like, noooo. Then she asked if I wanted to add to my order, and I said you could add a tea. The manager had come to take someone else's order and was still at the register when I finish, he was right beside her. I asked her if she was the manager, and she said no and pointed at him and said he was. He just gave me this look like he is not interested in why I asked if she was the manager. He didn't even say "Hello" to me. I would be very concerned in this business performance and customer service if i was managing this business, for the good and the bad. Just overall, I feel this place is poorly managed, and the customer service is a mimic of the manager as I see why the employees work the way they do and how they give customer service. I would send my staff to come get big orders from here and even recommend this location to other businesses. But after this experience, no "hey is everything ok, no introduction, no can I give you a coffee or tea on us, let me give you 10% off your order, I will talk to my team, or anything" I'm not sure if I can support my local business that I spend money on any longer to have the type of service to not look to better serving...
Read moreWorst experience with a Dunkin Donuts ever. I called 24 hours in advance to place a catering order that is clearly listed on the website as Combo #3 for $89.99. The person I spoke with on the phone was very kind, took my order seriously, confirmed the price of $89.99, asked for my name and assured me that it would be ready for pick up at 7:45am. I arrived at the Tega Cay location at 8am and was told my order wasn't ready. They hadn't even started. I was rushing to get this breakfast to teachers working in the freezing cold car rider line at an elementary school. This is why 7:45am was when I needed the order ready. There was no apology, there was no "Hey can I get you a coffee while you wait?" The manager in the background was screaming at the employees. I saw several patrons turn around and walk out. FINALLY after around 20 minutes or so everything was put together, the cashier and the manager came over to ring it up and totaled it to $112. I quickly let them know this was incorrect. I was so frustrated at this point I wanted to leave without anything. Again, no apology, no smile from the manager. She was extremely disrespectful and waved her hand at me in a dismissive manner several times and made it clear that she only works 3 days a week after interrupting me and raising her voice at me because I was upset. Finally, she corrected the price. We all get busy and frustrated, I understand. I work in the customer service industry myself. I was planning on having another event catered by Dunkin in the very near future but now, I will be taking my business elsewhere. I will never be a customer at this Dunkin Donuts ever again after the way I was treated today. I will always keep this experience in my mind when it comes to professionalism and in instances where great customer service...
