Dunkin' — Restaurant in South Carolina

DO NOT wast your time coming to this place. The employees At Dunkin Donuts are so RUDE and gets made at YOU if your order is messed up. I ordered a Ice Carmel Macchiato witch I get this drink all the time, my drink was SOOO sweet one sip will literally give you head ache she want argue about how much Carmel she put in my drink i had my husband to taste it his reaction 🤮 TOO SWEET.I mean why people can't follow directions. Not to mention the week before they put too much MiLK and ONE shot of Espresso like I wouldn't notice the difference an then she mix the drink up witch is a no no. So at this point i didn't even want the drink i didn't want anyone with that kinda attitude handling my drink (refund was givin)the Manger she did apologize. So went to Powderville location also gave me one shot of Espresso witch I (noticed)soon as I seen my drink it didn't even look right. 🙄It's really not hard to make Coffee, I googled it just to show her( Shift Leader) how's it's made and I told her that's explains why my drink is Wrong! she said well it's one shot of Espresso here,if you want an extra shot, it's a extra charge, and I told her you real dumb thinking I suppose to pay for something that come with the drink and you think I suppose to believe what your saying after I read you how my drink suppose to be made,so to solve problem you can have the drink back and just give me my Money back ( Problem Solve). Dunkin need to train there employees, because it clearly shows at multiple locations different employees DO NOT-CAN NOT follow instructions it's called (HANDBOOK) CORPORATE NEED TO GET ON THERE JOB!!!!!!!!!! The only reason I am even giving it one star is because it was quick. But then again, that may have contributed to the quality aspect of this review. I was in a hurry, because I needed to make my doctors appointment. This was the first time I had been to Dunkin in years and I remembered that they had tasty sandwiches and hashbrowns. Well, the hashbrowns were so limp as to be inedible. The crescent was too dark and so dry that it lacked any flavor. But those are not even my biggest complaints. I went through the drive thru because the menu boards on the inside were working correctly and only showed their cold drinks. I ordered a sausage cheese crescent (no egg), a hashbrown, and a medium mocha latte.In the past DD had meal prices so I assumed (as was my mistake, apparently) that what ever I ordered would be bundled as such. In fact, as I passed the menu, I glanced and saw a meal deal for $6. I thought GOOD. I figured there would me an unpcharge for the latte, but figured I'd pay somewhere around $8, give or take a few cents. I was not told the price before I pulled around. It was the sticker shock that got me. OVER $12!. I was told that the $6 price was only for the bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich. Not the sausage egg and cheese. I needed to eat before my appointment and I didn't have time to go anywhere else, so I payed and left rather than dispute it. Had they quoted me the price before I went around, I would have changed my choice. I like bacon. But 12 bucks for a fast food breakfast that was nearly inedible...I feel cheated and it will probably beyears again before I go back, if ever. SUPER...

If I could leave 0 stars I would! This is the first time EVER Anderson has better food than Greenville no matter the restaurant. I Ordered my food around 8:43 am, waited in line for almost 20 minutes. Got to the window and paid. When we got the receipt the order was wrong, it also showed I had ordered only 4 minutes prior. I showed the woman in the window that I never ordered an extra shot of espresso in my coffee, and I wanted the 2 for 5 croissants not bagels and she continued to insist she had it righting said that “it just rings up like that”. So I take her word for it and head to work. Now I’m at work my coworker and I go to eat our food, we got bagels not croissants. In the hash-browns we got only 4 in one and 5 in the other while supposed to get 6 bro to mention they were burned AND COLD!!! It was evident they had been sitting for a long time. Neither of us like bagels, so now we have to go all day without food until our shift is over. Do I tried to call to talk to the store, dialed and rang 4 separate times and got no answer, then I decided to call corporate because not only did we buy food we can’t eat, the entire store was ignoring the phone to correct the issue. Got on the phone with corporate and never got an answer. Again I’m at work and have no way to leave to correct the issue, and the corporate number isn’t answering. No way to get my money back or food made correctly. Dunkin will not get my business at all anymore because of the way this is NOT being delt with.
