Most ridiculous fast food chain to go to. They are so slow, the customer service sucks, they don't ask you to order, rather when your at the drive thru, they say over the intercom "are you going to order", well damn, are you going to let me know I can order. So I went inside thinking it would help this morning, haha, yeah right. It took her forever to take my order, I had one lady in front of me who already ordered and she was off to the side waiting, I stood there waiting and waiting and waiting. Finally, the woman takes my order, no one had any customer service skills, everyone looked hung over, moving like Zombies ( I mean that literally) even the cooks, they acted like they had no need whatsoever to be in a hurry, I see the same car sitting in drive thru, yet watching cars leave left and right (if I was the owner, I'd be PISSED due to all the money rolling out my parking lot going down to Chic Fil A only a block down the street. Anyway, I get my order after 15 minutes of waiting, keep in mind, all I ordered was a Frisco Breakfast Sandwich that they heat up in the microwave (not quality but their signs say quality everywhere), I get in my car headed to work, already pressing for time having to wait on this slow Hardees, and I bite into my Frisco and what the h**l, cold as ice. They STOLE my money! Ordered off of their app with over 20 dollars of food ahead of time. After about 30 minutes, i go to pick the food and when I get there I get notified by the employees that they don't have any burgers to serve me even though it was still a few hours til close, which was odd that a burger place does not have burgers but what was even worse was that they basically told me that since I ordered on the app they will not be giving me a refund and that I would have to try and get it online through Hardee's customer service. They would not help me figure out how to get the refund and they didn't seem all that interested to help out either. They also never offered me any sort of compensation for not being able to make my food or any general help at all. So in the end I did not receive any food and I am currently out 20 bucks. I am currently trying to see if I can get a refund but all I can seem to find is an automated messaging program to submit information in without any clarification or feedback that it is actually submitted. Took 1 star off for ordering 3 large meals but hashbrowns only being filled half way when we pay extra. 8-22-2025 Absolutely horrible visit! We were the only car in the drive-through and it took the worker 4 minutes to acknowledge we needed to order. Only ordered 2 items which were 2 platters and they still pulled us forward. Could not get my rewards to scan so I asked for a receipt which was obviously an issue with the employee. I asked what were they waiting on and they said eggs and bacon so we pulled up and still waited over 11 min so we are already over 15 minutes for the only car in the drive-through. By this time I went I side and waited another 4 minutes only to be told this time they were waiting on biscuits. So obviously they were waiting on all breakfast items but now 4 cars have pulled up and giving there food and left. So and 930 in the morning and they have no breakfast food items means they are not making food and making customers wait and definitely not friendly about it.
