Tasty Wings & Seafood - West Columbia — Restaurant in West Columbia

I really hate to write bad reviews, and to be honest I did not go here to eat today. I had been walking my granddaughter to different stores while her other grandmother was getting her eyes checked. We were in game stop and I needed to use the restroom, they politely said they didn't have a public restroom, but to go next door to this restaurant. Well I've been to this place many many times (love the Philly Cheesesteak) and my boyfriend works right down from here visits often. I walked in and headed for the bathroom and the old lady at the register asked me what I was doing, I said just using your restroom. She screamed "you no eat, you get out". Restrooms are for customers only". Very rude, very hateful..... But I can tell you, there will be 2 less customers you will ever have to worry about using your bathroom.....so sorry for the imposition I caused you and your business, but I promise it won't...

The food itself, while the wings were very small, they did have good flavor. Unfortunately that is where the positives end... The ambiance makes me feel like im in line at Walmart. The owner was horrendously rude and even yelled at one customer waiting on a take out order, then yelled at me for using a (44 oz) stanely rather the Styrofoam cup she isn't I though into a landfill. To top all of it off, she charged me a whopping $38 for just $25 worth of food... It was a very unpleasant experience all the way around. Then she has the audacity to get an attitude with me on google after I called her out for her unacceptable behavior. She also told me that my side was a "small upcharge," I fail to see how $5 per person is a "small upcharge." On top of all that, she took to lying to discredit...

Honestly I wouldn’t leave no stars but, of course you have to leave a review!! I went inside to place my order. I noticed it was a photographer taking pictures of food today. I ordered my food but, my exact order went to the table. The photographer asked her to leave the order this lady was very Adamant about getting this order to the back. I know that’s not my order that y’all was just touching plus talking over ain’t no way! The lady goes to say no it’s not your order. The photographer was asking for the order again to take pictures she couldn’t even give it to him because she had done packed it up was trying to give it to me. I wanted my refund this lady charged my card again y’all. I will never support this business again very...
