So I rarely leave negative reviews but this is a special occasion. So my wife placed a simple Togo order. Sesame chicken combo with fried rice and a sweet and sour chicken combo one extra eggroll and a hot and sour soup. I go in to pick it up and being a part of the service industry i pull put cash to tip them even tho I did not eat inside.

We finally get home as we do not live close by. I open the food and realize they left a key thing out. The sweet and sour sauce. I called them and let them know and all she could say was, "oh?? Oh I sorry" inexplain I'm driving back from a distance to get it and she doesn't offer me a drink or anything for having to waste gas yo come back and get what I ordered. Come on you aren't a fast food restaurant and you weren't busy. I tipped pretty well and didn't even get angry with you and all I get is sorry? Obviously they aren't interested in keeping customers. I will not eat there ever again.

I wasnt looking for anything free but for them to just say sorry like it's no big deal is really not good enough. I'm sure with my tip and the gas spent driving there I paid 14 over what I should have. Anyways I'm sorry for the long book I wrote I'm just pretty dissappinted...

Apparently my son had me confused he must have assumed the rice i was getting with my plate came with his beef sticks. We always order together so we didn't realize. I've been going here for over 3 years and it's not cheap by any means and it's ok it's not special. People make mistakes and if they at least have the guts to own up to being wrong and apologize except it there's no reason to still be rude and ugly acting. The way the older lady treated me I will never go back in fact I'll probably either give the food to the kids or trash it what I can't eat if mine i don't even have an appetite for it at this point. There was no reason to get rude I just didn't understand and once I did I tried to apologize it just didn't matter so that's fine I'm sure some place else can use my business and can understand mistakes happen we're only human. It's how you handle the situation afterwards that counts. Personally it was a scoop of cheap white rice is even that serious to loose a customer! No one has customer service skills anymore it's completely vanished...

My husband and I have been ordering from No 1 China since the day they opened their doors for business ... they have always had the best take out in the area and the food has always been consistent. However, when we ordered last night I have to say it was down right awful ... the wonton soup was basically water with wontons I literally had to add chicken base to make it resemble wonton soup. .. our bone in ribs were severely undercooked to the degree that I will have to put them in the oven and finish them off ... the house lo mein was edible at best and the portion size was about half of what we used to get ... so basically we spent $30 on a very low end dinner. ... this really makes me sad because this place was always our go to for take out ... I don't know what has happened to their quality and consistency but I wish they'd get back to being the best in the area otherwise we will have to take our money elsewhere ......

I tried this place on a whim a few months ago and we have been going back regularly ever since. It doesn't look fancy, but what fast Chinese place does? The look is probably the only thing I could pick on. It's your standard Chinese (American) fare as you would expect. The difference here, as opposed to some other local places: The quality is VERY good and they are generally super fast. The chicken wings are AWESOME as well as are the other standard items (sesame/sweet and sour/honey chicken). If you are in the area and are looking for some quality Chinese fare, this is the spot. This isn't Michelin star stuff, but for what it is, very deserving of the five-star rating.

This place is AMAZING! I drive 30 minutes from my house to order from here. The food is always cooked to order. I normally see two ladies behind the counter and they are always very nice and welcoming. I highly recommend the sesame chicken, beef and broccoli with extra sauce, pork roast Lo mein, pork fried rice, wonton soup, and the egg rolls are out of this world delicious! My kids love the wings! This place is a hidden gem but more and more people are finding it because the food is so good. Thank you No 1 China!

Probably the worst food ever in my life. Wasted $52 on trash. Burbon chicken tasted like straight fish. General Tso's was sweet no spice at all. Steamed rice was soapy. No egg rolls even though they were supposed to come with the combos. Orange chicken tasted like sugar chicken. The orange beef was bitter with some wierd congeled jelly sauce, and it was burnt and bitter. After maybe 4 bites my family threw it all away amd off to mcdonalds I go. Avoid this place. Do not go here.
