Hardee’s — Restaurant in South Carolina

I'm giving 2stars because the one working the window was friendly and nice..but as for the food.. expensive for much of nothing..terrible tasting, greasy, hard, cold, lacking condiments and the phrase from the 80s " where's the beef" (or meat in my case) could had been their catch phase" for not only was my breakfast sandwich missing the meat, and filled with some kind of sticky cheese? If that was cheese, unappealing and the best thing of both meals was the breakfast potato rounds though still greasy hot and tasted the best of all we received, but I must mention the chicken on the other sandwich was not a breast as it says and the price was high for it as well for if it was real chicken breast then it was a mutated,sickly chicken.. but no joking, my guess is... that was pressed chicken meat, worse it was undercooked making me worry for the couple bites I took if I'd get sick with food poisoning, and it's not ever good that the best thing of a sandwich was the crispy coating on the chicken (for it was the only thing cooked thru on the sandwich)..in general, this dining experience was a big disappointment one I wouldn't repeat or recommend, and after driving long hours and needing a boost..in all honesty based on my experience I can't recommend stopping here, drive elsewhere or to another Hardee's ( keeping your fingers crossed) hopefully with time it will improve, taking reviews like mine as a chance for the manger/owner to improve your franchise or ignore and be glad that most stopping here are traveling and wouldn't stop back in again anyway..I travel frequently so I hope for...

We stopped by hardee's today and we ordered at the drive through, the lady on the intercom got loud with me after i politely said hello because i couldnt hear her from it braking up. Then when i got to the window, she was still being loud with me. She told me to park and she would bring my food out, so me & my husband did so. We sat there waiting for almost 15 minutes. So my husband got out and walked up to the window and they handed him our food. So this tells us that our food was ready, she was just taking her time to bring it out. We leave and get almost a mile down the road and noticed our order was'nt right. We turn around and go back and time we pull up to the window the lady is hanging out the drive through window yelling " What did'nt you get, Whats wrong now" so i told her that we ordered the ham and cheese not a chicken sandwhich. She rudely turns to the girl working there and yelling at her that she gave us the wrong sandwhich. The girl looked so embarrassed and turned to go correct it. The girl that was embarrassed brought my order out to me and appologized and said she was so sorry. I told her thats it's alright because everyone makes mistakes. and i continued to tell her that nobody should speak to her the way that lady did. I don't know if the lady was her boss or what. But she is rude and needs some additional training in customer service. I felt so sorry for this young lady. Hardee's need to do better with who they hire and how they train at this location! I want be going back to...

We have been traveling from SC to MD always stopping at this Florence location since opening. Not sure what is happening but majorly disappointed.

When I walked in everyone on shift was complaining about other employees saying I told her to write him up multiple times. Trying to place my order Charlene would turn to continue talk about that person. Charlene was super nice but your employees to be told customers not there to hear their complaing Low volume lots of food sitting in the window.

Went to eat our food in the truck two bites of my chicken biscuit I could tell it was old. Barely warm and tasted burnt. I took biscuit back inside.i politely shared this.

She took it over to a lady that appeared to be supervisor on shift. She does not represent your business professionally. Her facial expressions were horrible and moving her head while talking to Charlene.

Her response should have been Sorry about that I will have a fresh chicken biscuit cooked for you. I asked Charlene to hand the sandwich back and told the lady this isnt fair and not the way you handle business. And left the store. Took another bite because I was starving. Nope couldn't eat it.

Store Manager should visit the store and check this lady. I didn't ask for anything free. Her disposition isnt good.

FYI 6 years ago I retired from a major seafood restaurant 35...
