Love all the prop photos in reviews. How about real pictures of how the food REALLY looks? When I've visited this location,half the time they were out of items I ordered. Last time the service was rude, slow, the burger was dry, cold and the ketchup was so old it looked like barbecue sauce. Manager called, and first thing she said was "I can't give you no free food". Um- I DON'T WANT FREE FOOD, BECAUSE I'M NOT COMING BACK. Why would I want to support such a poorly run establishment, and risk food poisoning? Update July 18, 2024. Drive-thru, ordered double bacon cheeseburger. ONE ITEM, totally wrong. No bacon, completely old and dried out meat. What's so hard about getting a simple order correct? Would pictures help them?? So sick of spending my money on trash that I wouldn't even feed my dog. Lesson learned again. NO MORE HARDEE'S. App can never be signed into though all information is correct. Keep crying for higher pay for less work. There are many folks who make less who do their jobs correctly. It only takes one time to lose a customer forever. Updated February 2025: began going back for breakfast. NEVER get a receipt, so of course I cannot accrue or redeem rewards. Of course if I were to get a response, it would likely be requesting time, date, etc. Can't exactly tell that when you pay with cash. Makes you wonder. Read moreStopped in on my way to work this morning. Slightly busy which is usually a good sign. Ordered the loaded omelette biscuit. Drove 45 mins to work to open the wrapper to see it’s just egg on the biscuit. They did not add any meat on it at all. No sausage, no bacon, no ham. Of course nothing I can do about it no that I’m this far away at work. Ridiculous.
UPDATE: did a DoorDash order from this location this morning at 8:45 AM. Saw that the Dasher was there within 10 minutes. Around 915 the Dasher messaged me to let me know that it was taking longer than expected. And then again message me again at 9:30 to say that she had to get with the general manager as to where the food was. We finally received the food at 10:10 AM which was an hour and 15 minutes later because of Hardee’s taking so long (they are 2 miles from my home). Open up the order to see that it was wrong. Called Hardee’s and they stated that it’s not their fault that DoorDash took so long to get it to us and that they have been giving out the correct orders. Like really? You can see on the DoorDash app that the Dasher was sitting there waiting on the food for us for almost an hour. It was just two gravy biscuits and a sausage biscuit. Read moreI ordered two Super Star burgers, one Mushroom Swiss, and two orders of fries, and only waited a few minutes before being handed the bag. After checking the bag, I had to knock on the window to get the fries I had ordered. When I got home, we discovered none of the burgers had been properly prepared (no tomatoes, pickles, or special sauce, only one slice of cheese on the super star burgers, hardly any mayo or ketchup. The mushroom Swiss was lacking mushrooms and had maybe a teaspoon of gravy). All of the beef patties were completely dry. I called them to let them know, and they said they would remake them all. They almost got them right the 2d time around. The super stars were still missing pickles, the mushroom Swiss was still lacking mushrooms and gravy, and all the patties were dry as bones.
