Jeremiah's Italian Ice — Restaurant in South Carolina

I love this place!! ❤️ My sons and I decided to grab some dessert after dinner and decided to grab some ice cream. This isn’t my first trip there but this trip was different. One of my sons wanted something banana flavored so I asked the team member at the drive thru was there any banana options. There wasn’t any banana flavor ice available but she advised me that there is a Jeremiah that she would create and suggest that would get the taste he is looking for. I ordered it and 2 additional treats because I believe in her honesty. Going forward, My son is still raving about how deliciously flavorful that treat was and how it satisfied his bananas cravings. I have now visited several times And ordered delivery once. They have "grown up" from the previously mentioned "pains". The convenience of being near the house is a highlight. I've tried different flavors and my favorite, now, is the Frosted Animal Cracker". I think I may get some today!!

First time visiting! Recently opened and they may still be working the kinks out, not sure. Went through the drive-thru. Didn't see a speaker system anywhere. We were in a line so figured we'd order at the window. All of a sudden, a young lady pops up to take our order. We didn't see her coming 😳🤣 We placed the order for a large PB&J. This week is Teacher Appreciation Week. On Monday, we had ordered an Italian Ice for each of our staff to be picked up on Thursday. When we arrived for the order - it had not been processed. We were disappointed of course and the young girl working there was not pleasant. However, I did get a call within the hour from the Manager, Breanna. She was so sweet and spoke of the error and how it happened. I thanked her for calling back and speaking with me. Today, she personally showed up at the door with our order. We are grateful for her kindness and blessing our staff with an amazing treat! Every flavor is off the chart.
