Jeremiah's Italian Ice — Restaurant in South Carolina

Five stars. Excellent product, taste, consistency, price, and presentation. No issues with rude customer service, as other reviews have mentioned. In fact, considering they get so busy and have to hand out countless free samples all day, I think they're doing pretty great. My family can't stop going, together and separately. We have been there too many times and have lost track. My kids (26 & 17 yrs) and I have thoroughly enjoyed every single thing we have got at Jeremiah's. I am addicted to the kids' Froggy choice of the Animal Cracker treat. All of the incredible flavors in this brilliant combination are absolutely perfect together. My daughter loves the cotton candy flavor ice. Son tries something different every visit, but especially liked the tropical-flavored Bahama Mama Mango, or whatever its called.

Plan on having a seat and enjoying your treat there. For folks complaining in reviews about it melting, this is frozen ice and ice cream, silly people. It's supposed to melt. If you can't sit and enjoy it for a few minutes, certainly get a lid and grab some napkins, but don't complain about it melting. That's what ice does in ambient temperatures.

The only improvement I can think of is an easier-to-read and-understand menu with clearer descriptions and definitions. Every time we go, there are people huddled and standing around, clearly in awe and confusion, trying to figure out the differences between Gelato, gelati, ice cream, icee, etc., and so on. We have overheard customers trying to explain to each other these differences, and it's been quite amusing to hear all the different versions and ideas people have. I really thought I knew, but every time I hear another person's theory, I question myself, lol. So I just order the Animal Cracker, and I'm all good.

Jeremiah's is a clean, fun and cheerful atmosphere with a colorful design and lovely wall mural. Probably geared more towards kids, but this grown lady appreciates the mood just as well. Definitely a happy, feel-good place that makes you want to return. The delicious treats are...

Dear Jeremiah’s Italian Ice Team,

The cashier working tonight is always dry and provides subpar service. I’ve always enjoyed visiting your location for Italian Ice. However, I wanted to share some concerns from my visit tonight, 7/20, at around 7:20 PM, with my family.

There was an issue at the register when I tried to enter my phone number to earn points. The cashier seemed unsure or unwilling to assist, making the process unnecessarily difficult.

Additionally, one of my nieces chose the Cake Batter flavor, which I’ve enjoyed many times before. However, this time it tasted extremely salty and off. When I asked if it could be exchanged for a different flavor, we were told no, and no accommodations were made. I ended up having to purchase another item, which was disappointing given the circumstances.

Can’t really say anything about the product since I have not been here yet as a customer. Looks amazing though!

If you’re wanting a job here, you’re better off just applying elsewhere. Put in my application and wanted to follow up. Last time I called to ask if the GM got received my application, a girl told me the GM was busy at the moment, with a sprinkle of unnecessary attitude, so she asked if I wanted to leave my name and number. Before I could give it to her she hung up on me.
