Well first the three stars is due to the social distancing . Now the restaurant has a bar in it , and when you add alcohol to some people rules and common sense ends up getting lost. There was a rather loud couple at the bar and due to social distancing rules and fewer table we were sat at the middle table in the bar area because no other tables were available. My wife sat across from me and the table is only 28 inches wide and I could not hear my wife due to this one couple And did we even see the manager once during our hour and twenty minutes in this restaurant. Nope not once . Then to our complete joy the loud couple was joined by eight more of their friends š .so now the volume has more than doubled and still no manager. And now for the good part most of these ten people are at or over 6 foot tall. And good sized people, so they are now massed at the end of the bar actually sitting on the table that has all the sanitized and cleaned items for customer use and two guys are sitting their butts on the table next to the salt and pepper shakers .they have also taken over another table and kept bumping into our table. I asked them if they minded us being in their way by trying to have dinner . And they just kept on talking like I hadn't said a word. And yet still no manager. The waitress had to try and push her way through with our food on an open tray and almost got knocked over by this group. And almost all the waitresses had to walk around to the other side of the restaurant to just be able to serve their customers. And still no manager . We did get our food and it was great, their sauce's for the boneless wings were some of the best I've tasted . The wings were tender with just the right amount of crunch to the breading. Our waitress was assisted by the other waitresses and my drink was never empty and if we needed anything they all worked together as a team. And I never heard from any of them saying let me get your waitress for you. They went and got what you needed no questions asked. So for the wait staff and the cooks I'd give 10 STARS. But due to a manager who didn't check on her customers or the waitresses, and didn't come out to ask about the quality of the food and service missed a very big part of being a manager. Now I am a Veteran who served proudly in the U.S. Navy and did so honorably and with pride. I don't always ask for the discount. But tonight I did . Payday is tomorrow not tonight and was tight on cash. I let one of the four waitresses who served us know and said she would take care of it. But at this time was was upset and had a headache due to the loud group. She and our daughter went to the car. I waited at the table for ten minutes and still didn't get a check or a bag to carry our togo boxes out in , so I picked up the boxes and walked to the front of the restaurant and waited at the hostess stand and I think the one who was supposed to be our waitress asked if I was ready for my check I said yes and it was brought to me. There was no military discount on the check and instead of arguing about it , I was beyond angry about the whole thing and just paid the bill and left . I did tip the waitress was good . But let's list problems the the good ok. 1. Lack of manager support to staff 2. Social distancing rules were not followed or enforced. Another manager fail 3. Manager never checked on restaurant in over an hour and a half. Again a fail. 4. manager never checked with customers about door or service quality and unless she was sampling all the food before it came out which would be gross then she again failed 5. The manager is responsible for all discounts or price reductions in tickets to eliminate fraud and theft by staff my discount (military) was left off ticket now I can't say for sure if she was told by the waitress or not. But had she done a walk through the restaurant she would have known I was military ( yes I talk about it way to much at least my wife says I do ) . Another fail. And I let her know when I called back after I left the...
Ā Ā Ā Read more4ā Our experience here was pretty good.. Everything was to our liking other than the fact that you have to pay for ranch or blue cheese dressing for wings. :-/. Hmmm. Okay, if price was "Noticeably" cheap - Okay, maybe. But, I find that a bit odd as opposed to the norm of places that give it. For some reason it seems to give us a sort of feeling of being a bit gouged. With that being said then I feel that it may be a bit wiser to raise the price of the Wings a few cents then try to charge for the dressings. I say this with business background and a consumer. Most people expect dressing to come with wings. I don't know what I'm trying to say here but I don't like it that's all I can say.. Other than that my first impression was pretty good.. It's a nice place very clean and I like the way it's laid out, it's different. 1/2 is darker with tall tables and a bar to give you the bar atmosphere. The other 1/2 is well lit lower tables like a restaurant.. And they have putdoor seating. Our service was absolutely excellent I took a picture of our receipt.. Amber was our server and she is spot-on absolutely no problems. Our food was excellent so whoever cooked did great. Our food was not 10 minutes ordered till we ate.. Everybody was nice, pleasant, Welcoming, kind and courteous. The manager that had walked by on his way cuz he was serving food helping out and generally showed good team work.. :-) on his way back stopped to make sure our food was good and everything was good. I believe his name is Daniel. I thought they did fabulous.. I will return they have lots of stuff on their menu to try different grades of spice to non spicy wings. We got taters tots with the cheddar and bacon 10 barbecue wings and 7 boneless jerk wings and the bill was $22 pretty good.. I recommend the place and we will...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI'm not impressed, honestly. I don't see what the hype is. So they have 20+ TVs and they have The Rise Guys singing their praises every so often? It seems to me that the main reason why people come here is to drink and watch games, not for the food (which should be just as important as the booze and games in my opinion). Each time that my family and I have visited this restaurant, something was wrong with the food. The first time the order was completely wrong and by the time they got it right, other members of our party had cold food sitting in front of them. The second time I ordered fish and chips only for the fish to be filled with water and it was hard, too hard to cut with a fork. This means that it was frozen, not thawed properly and then deep fried. The breading was falling off of it and a pool of liquid had formed in the basket. Gross! I then ordered their pork cutlet sandwich (is that what it is called?) after I sent it back and what came out was an over processed, previously frozen, grey piece of meat on a bun. When I told the waitress that it was a frozen meat patty she just said "well yeah" and then walked away. We didn't come back for a long time and when I was talked into going back for a third time, I sat and watched a member of staff in the kitchen eat with his hands and then make and plate someone elses chicken wings with his hands. We all said that if he touched our food, that we didn't want it. The waitress went in the kitchen and all we could hear after that was someone being called out for eating while plating. All of these visits have something in common (other than bad/frozen food)...A manager did not come out one time on any of these occasions and they never made any of the issues right. Long story short, we haven't been back and we don't see...
