Jim 'N Nick's Bar-B-Q — Restaurant in South Carolina

First off me and my mother went here last night on 9/25/17 at 8:15 pm for the first time. We walk in and was greeted immediately and seated right away and our server was great told us the background of the place what's the best item they have an answered all the questions we asked. We ordered the pulled pork with mac and cheese and mashed potatoes and ordered the pimiento cheese sandwich with mac. Mac and mashed potatoes were amazing I personally didn't like the vinegar base in the pulled pork but i told the server that I didn't like it and he brought out Jason the kitchen manager and asked me what i didnt like and i explained, he then apologized and explained to us a little bit of history on how they make their BBQ & other items on the menu and there process on how they season their food asked me if I would like something else and I asked anyway i could get the pulled pork without the vinegar, he said I can do that no problem I'll get it from the pit and he proceeded to get it for me and it was by far one of the best pulled pork I've ever had. Well I wanted to share a bad experience I had here, I'm a long-time customer of the Steele Creek location... I've never had an issue there, while I was down in the neighborhood of Indian Land on business I decided to try this location, unfortunately I cannot say that it is of the same quality as the other location in Steele Creek but most of all I felt it necessary to share this negative review with potential customers and people that take the time to read my reviews, The bartenders here do not know when to cut people off of alcohol -they keep serving customers that are obviously belligerent, loud, obnoxious and disturbing other customers... the bartender's do not seem to be too concerned about these over intoxicated individuals and continue to serve them until someone like me complains to the manager... where then the manager asks me to leave? well I guess I know where I need to take my business, back to Steele Creek. Moved very close to the Indian Land, SC restaurant and have been several times. Last night was very disappointing. I had brisket with baked beans and fries. Brisket was dry and boring as heck. The sauce was the only thing that saved it but that shouldn’t even be needed with good brisket. And I never got the sauce I requested. Serving size was small w 4 very thin and dry pieces of beef brisket. Baked beans were again very boring and I didn’t sense anything quality about them. Looked and tasted like they just cracked a can and poured them into a small bowl. I’m sure they did actually but there was absolutely nothing special about them. I’m easily impressed but this was really disappointing. I try to find good in everything. In this case, sadly it was the fries.
