Super Chix - Indian Land, SC — Restaurant in South Carolina

OMG! There’s only one word to describe the food here…. DEEEE-LISH-USSSSS!!! (shut up, that's a word!! lol...) Truly, and not just ONE thing, but nearly everything I’ve ordered and put in my mouth. LOL! EVERYTIME. Which has been A LOT, because it’s THAT GOOD. The chicken, whether grilled OR breaded - pure juicy crispy goodness. Nothing is dry or burnt... EVER. The bread they use has a buttery sweetness that compliments the sandwiches PERFECTLY. And not to be left out…their salads are nothing to sneeze at either. GREAT flavor and veggie combinations with the chicken across the board. My SURPRISE STAND OUT: Crispy Avocado Chicken Sandwich. FYI - Avocado and I have never really been friends. LOL! We’ve only JUST gotten re-acquainted and their Gouda-Stuffed Avocado sandwich, with an added breaded chicken filet (SO not a vegetarian! lol!)... was SHEER HEAVEN. Really. I kid you not…you won’t even BELIEVE how good it is.

I’m telling you, grab a sandwich, grab a salad…you WON’T be disappointed.

A brief word on our CATERING EXPERIENCE with SUPER CHIX

Now although it’s been WELL established that the food at SuperChix is absolutely delicious (lol!), the staff at the Indian Land location has “customer service with a smile” down to a science. Even complicated orders!!

At the last minute, we recently decided to place an office lunch order for everyone. As per usual, getting the word out, sending menus and the logistics of getting everyone’s “unique” order took a minute (as details often do!), which meant that we weren’t able to actually place our order until 10:30 - 10:45 a.m.

We reached out to the Indian Land location and spoke with Natalie, the catering manager on duty. We let her know we had a 26 person order to place and asked for the best way to do so to avoid delays, mistakes and “hangry headaches”.

Natalie suggested that with such a large order, we could email the order directly to the location and they’d get right on it once it arrived. So…we emailed our order - entrees, sides and drinks - complete with the typical “please add this”, “no this” and “extra that”... for each person. LOL!.

Well, believe it or not, Natalie was true to her word and she and her team made it JUST THAT SIMPLE.

Shortly before 12:30, the delivery arrived.

Not only was EVERYTHING CLEARLY LABELED, but it was ALL THERE. EVERYTHING. All the sides, all the drinks, all the pluses and minuses for each employee’s order…correct and DONE.

It was SO well done, they made distributing it to our hungry employees a breeze: find your name, get your lunch….easy peasy!!

So even at the office…Super Chix delivers incredible food, and even MORE incredible service. You simply can’t go wrong... and your co-workers...

Terrible first impression. Arrived at this location around 5:30pm on Friday February 3rd with my two siblings. We ordered a normal chicken sandwich, a bavacado chicken sandwich, a Nashville hot chicken sandwich, a single order of fries, three drinks, two scoops of custard (C&C), and a cold fusion (Mint Oreo). They come out with two trays, claiming they had a "deluxe" chicken sandwhich and a normal chicken sandwhich - but our fries and all of our custard was correct. The "deluxe" had some avacado slices on it, so I figure he just mentioned the incorrect sandwich name and told him it was correct. Unfortunately, there was no bacon on this "bavacado" sandwich. Luckily, my sibling did not seem to mind so I did not even mention it. I waited another 10 minutes for my sandwich (my siblings have already finished), and the server notices this and goes to check on it. He comes back with the receipt and tells us that the Nashville hot chicken sandwich somehow never made it onto our order. Odd. He then offers to get me the sandwich for free for the trouble. Upon returning, he tells me that he actually cannot compensate me and that I would have to get up and go order the sandwich again, and that he was sorry. By this point, we are nearly ready to leave, and I tell him not to worry about it. Foolishly, I did not ask for the receipt he had in-hand as he was relaying this information to us. As my siblings finish up, I get up to go ask for the receipt to confirm the mistakes they had made to our $53 order. They tell us that they can no longer retrieve the receipt as it had "already been deleted from their system" upon 20 minutes after we had ordered. Realizing the massive inconvenience they were causing, the server then asked me again if he could try and get that sandwich for me for free... as we were leaving. I went home and drank some milk for dinner.

EDIT: I have spoken with the location manager and have recieved compensation for their mistakes from this evening. Natalie seemed very nice and caring towards the issues and gave no fuss towards resolving the problem afterwards. She also claims the receipt being deleted so soon is false (I was lied to by multiple employees when I was there), so if something similar happens to you - don't hesitate to escalate further and ask for the highest manager on duty. I will be returning on account of them resolving this issue so swiftly after getting in contact, this seemed to have been...

Not a good experience and a waste of $20. I did an online order arrived at the restaurant to pick up my food 2 minutes before it was supposed to be done. I was given my order that I had already paid for walked back out to my car and looked in my bag to find that I only had 2 of the 3 items I had ordered. I went back into the restaurant explained I was missing my fries and the guy apologized and told me it would be a 2 minute wait. They hadn’t even cooked the fries how do you leave out an entire item from such a small order on top of the restaurant being empty and a dozen of workers with no customers. I got the fries and made my way back to my car and decided to sample everything while it should have been still hot. The fries were overly salted however still good but the goodness stops there. The Nashville chicken sandwich was horrible it was cold and soggy. The fried pickles were even more disgusting. They were soggy and just nasty. I couldn’t eat the chicken sandwich or the pickles and I tried giving it away to one of my children who will eat just about anything but even he said it was disgusting. I can say I tried it but I will never be back. The food was fed to the trash what a waste. I’ve had a better chicken sandwich at kfc and zaxbys...
