We stopped in to eat there at 8:21pm, after she was done taking our order, I told her it was for here since she never asked us. And she said the dinning room was closed, now this was at 8:21pm and the door and the review info, says they close at 10:30pm and I told that's very early for a KFC, she said they didn't have any help and was short handed bad, but there was five employees in the store working and two more on the out side doing trash. I worked at KFC years ago, and we never cleaned up till 15 minutes before the doors were locked. But almost two hours early never! Got home around 15-18 minutes later, and took our food out to put on plates, my wife got a two piece org. Breast meal, with two breast, slaw and mashed potatoes and biscuit and drink, and cookie. mine was to be two org. Breast, bisque and a pint of mashed potatoes as well as the single size and two extra bisques tea and cookie, but got home and my wife's was right, guess she didn't like me, I got a bisque as hard as a rock, "really" no pint but another single size of mashed potatoes, no cookie and a tea, my chicken was very dry and this was on 9/25/18 and it looked like they was going to cook anymore food as well. And I tried to call to get the GM number to talk with about closing early the quality of the food and service. Spoke with the manger, Sheketa and she told her GM was Amanda so I ask her could I have her number please, and she told me to give her my name and number and Amanda would call me when she go the chance, I told her I would be so very hard to get up with and it would be so much easier for me to call her, well she got quite, so I ask her was she going to give me her number and she said no she wasn't. That Amanda get very mad at her mangers when they give her number to customers that has a issue that she should deal with. But no she gets mad? Really? My wife said she just didn't want to get busted for the way she ran the store last night, I remember back in the day a hour to a hour and a half before we closed we would cut back to employees, but we knew how to do our jobs then. We want EVER SET FOOT BACK IN THAT STORE AGAIN! At Indian Land, SC on Hwy. 521 next to...
Read moreI was there at 715p at the drive through. I was told there was NO original chicken pieces. It was going to be a 20 minute wait. I asked if they wanted me to wait in line or to come inside, I was told, 'whatever I wanted to do'. I went inside. At 805p I FINALLY received my order! However, the Cole Slaw on EACH of my orders (2), were missing. When I got those, I told them my cornbread was missing from the first order! Their attitude was that of that I was 'putting them out' in order to make it right! Then (another customer was offered a pitcher of tea as compensation for THEIR time wasted waiting)! When I asked for the same courtesy toward me, they almost threw it up on the counter, as if to punish me for even asking for ANY compensation! (I was NOT the only person waiting that long ... 3 people got their food ahead of me and they'd ordered 5 & 6 minutes AFTER I had ... we had plenty of time to compare during our waiting periods)! My husband has said over and over, we're NEVER going there again ... I talked him into again. I'm thinking THIS time, I'M saying it was...
Read moreI've come to this KFC multiple times due to the fact that it's very close to my work for my lunch break and they're usually very fast. However, this day was the opposite. I was told to pull forward to wait on my food. Which is no problem considering they're usually fast. Well almost the entirety of my 30 min lunch break goes by and after seeing multiple cars get their food I pull into the parking lot and go in to ask where is my order. They're reply was "they forgot about it." Keep in mind at this point I barely have time to eat my food, but I still want it just so I can eat something. They take their time getting my food together and the girl just says "sorry about that." Which I just tell her ok and leave. I was not argumentive at all considering I've worked in the food industry myself, but for my food to be forgotten and I was the first car out of only 3 more that came in behind me and left I was...
