Pizza Hut — Restaurant in South Carolina

Order what I thought was the $11.99 box but the website charged me an additional $3.00 for extra toppings that was not on my order nor did I ask for it. I called the store on Emanuel Church Rd and the young lady that answered the phone stated that she doesn't know why the website charged me an extra $3 but it was nothing that she could do to fix it because they have nobody that can fix this issue. So I asked her so who designed the website and put the stuff like for the deals and how you going to order your food on the website if y'all don't have nobody that controls it. She states she doesn't know. So every question I asked her she didn't know the answer to nor did she try to say well let me get somebody to see if they know the answer. I just felt that that was strange that an employee would just say I don't know instead of trying to find an answer to a problem because a customer clearly is saying that y'all are overcharging for what y'all are false advertising for on the internet. I hope that corporate is the one that reads these reviews because y'all really need to do something about that employee that just says I don't know because if somebody is telling you that your website is overcharging them for a product that is saying one thing but it's showing that you add and toppings when you didn't add anything you already need to fix that because that was scammed and that's why I got the one star because...

Worst experience ever!!!!! I live about a mile from this location and it is my go to pizzahut because of this reason, never in my life have I been treated as rude as I was by the "manager" Brenda. On 01/13/16 I was traveling on my way back home and decided I would grab pizza for dinner. I pulled up to their drive-thru window in which Brenda was attending and I hand her my card she comes back saying that the card was only partially accepted and I still owed funds needless to say at this point I hand Brenda some cash I had and proceeded to immediately verify my bank account which had plenty of funds to pay for my $16 tab. Now im getting kind of suspicious due to the amount of CC fraud occuring so I asked why only a partial amount was taken from my card. Brenda at this point make a chap noise with her mouth and slams the drive-thru window in my face. When I went inside the location to acknowledge her rudeness and ask for a manager she replies she was the manager so I asked for someone superior to her in which she points at a guy who claimed to be the second manager for the location and all he could say after explaining the situation was "I will talk to her". I would rather at this point drive to the next closest pizzahut or go to their competitors than to have to deal with the rudeness of the people at...

This Pizza Hut is usually good and the cashier at the window is usually very nice. Yesterday was not good though, the Super Supreme pizza I ordered barely had some veggies and pepperoni and sausage on it. It had no black olives at all. It's usually covered with all of the toppings but it was so sparse it didn't even look like it came from Pizza Hut. The cashier was not even very friendly, and they usually hand me the card reader and let me enter a tip. But she didn't do that, instead she just said bluntly "do you want to leave a tip?". She wasn't even that nice and when I said no thank you, she sounded even more rude. Which is the opposite of the way the cashiers normally are. Usually whether tip is left or not, they're friendly and nice. The sausage on both pizzas was also hard and just didn't even seem fresh. It felt like a waste of time and money and like I could've bought frozen pizza and not had to deal with the rudeness or the hassle and then at least I would've gotten what I expected. honestly thinking I may just try Dominos or Little Caesars next time.
