Placed a pick up order to be picked up at 7:00pm, when I got there 6 minutes after my pick up time my food wasn’t ready. When I first walked in, 3 people walked passed me & 1 person was standing in front of the chicken warmer looking up at the order screen doing absolutely NOTHING! It took someone that was way in the back to turn the corner walk up to register and ask me have I been helped. So once he told them that a pick up order was here for 7:00pm they still stood around, looked & did nothing. Then 1 of the people that was standing around finally decided to say my food was coming. He then put the bun in the microwave, yes microwave to warm it up. He then walked outside and walked back in to a burnt bun in the microwave. A lady came in after me and got her order in less than 5 minutes, keep in mind I’ve been waiting for now 10 minutes. Finally got my order with 1 of the drinks incorrect it should have been a stary but got a sweet tea. Then had to ask for my sauce. The only person that looked to me that was working was the young lady working the drive thru with the aulburn dreads and glasses. Not only that when I first walked in and had been standing there for 5 mins before being approached a worker said to the other coworker, “you will be my b*h by the end of the year.” They were so loud, obnoxious,& had no respect. These people had no type of common courtesy for their customers, none what so ever customer service, no type of apologizing for the order not being ready, which is the point of placing a online order so that you do not have to wait. It smelled horrible inside, the floors were disgusting & they watched me watch them make all of my food. The fries were cold & the chicken tenders were dry! At this point you all need to find new management and a new crew to work. This is not the first time that this KFC has been slack like this, & if it wasn’t for my children wanting KFC I would not have gone there! Would not recommend to ANYONE! Corporate needs to come down and do some investigating and get a new crew ASAP, because this is ridiculous! Normally the drive through line takes you 20 mins just to get to the ordering screen. From what I counted there was 6 people working and 1 person in the lobby not sure if they was a worker or not, also there was a moped sitting in the lobby. If it wasn’t for the older gentleman coming from around the corner and asking if I have been helped they would have never came to the register and just continued to play instead of doing their job and processing orders properly! Read moreCame to this location about a week and a half ago about 9:15pm I arrived and the line was pretty long but my mom wanted Kfc so I decided to wait. After waiting in line for about 20 mins I finally got to the speaker. Sat at the speaker for 15 mins no one greeted me or said please hold nothing. The young lady that was on the drive through speaker must have forgot to turn her mic off and I sat there for 15 mins listening to her cuss and play with the other employees while talking about customers so I finally said hello and she marked me by saying “And she talking about hello” trying to mimic my voice at that point I said I can hear 👂 you and I been listening to you all this time the speaker then goes silent so I pull around to the window and ask for the so call manager and was greeted with a white guy name Scott he completely had lil regards for my complaint and it seems he was in there joking and playing with them. When I asked him who the young lady was that was on the mic he said he didn’t know because there was two girls on the mic. His attitude and demeanor was disgusting he then tells me that I need to calm down and stop yelling as if I was the problem now granted was I pissed yes but how dare you have an attitude like that with me and I came here to spend my money. I wasn’t getting anywhere with Scott so I asked for corporate number which he gave to me. I never had a bad experience at this location. I usually come in the afternoon and the guy with the colorful hair is always respectful and polite.sadly I will not be returning to this Kfc ever again if the employees are going to talk smack about customers and let them hear it you don’t need to be working there. Read moreI'm typically not one to shame anyone but Whomever the owner of this KFC is, oughta be ashamed of themselves. I'm embarrassed to say We just sat close to an hour in the drive thru line, in attempt to order food from this Dark and Dirty looking place. Only to be Grumbled at by a rude employee that can barely be heard. We ask for a famous bowl? We're told "We don't have that". Ok so, we ask if they had 2 pot pies? " Yes we do..... Oh no nvm we don't have pot pies" . Well alrighty then....Next We ask for 2 orders of 8 pieces nugget combos. The lady then says " No nuggets". Lmfao So I then ask, What do you have then?? She says " Chicken". We couldn't help but shake our heads and leave. Now I'm making grilled cheese sandwiches at home. What a stinkin shame because we really wanted KFC tonight. We should have known better though based soley off of how its outward appearance has been since they reopened after covid. It looks like its closed down honestly, I'm thinking maybe it's that time. I hate being ugly but if you can't seem to at least get some sort of lighting on your drive thru menu. Along with at the very least, A sign that lights up saying "open". Shoot even some big lots solar garden steak lights would be better than the nothing there now. Ok y'all get my drift.... One last thing. Possibly train your employees to speak properly and politely.
