Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in South Carolina

Horrible experience. I walked in around 7 pm. to order a couple of pizzas and asked the kid what was "hot and ready.""" he said the selections, and I agreed to take 2 of those style pizzas. I paid, and then the wait began. He was going back and forth between the drive thru and counter filling orders and taking orders, I then noticed people who ordered after me getting their food and leaving. Then another guy came from the back and called out my name, I walked to the counter and he says "I was just seeing who you were" I asked him why I'm waiting for pizza that is to be ready upon ordering between 4-8. He then got an attitude and said, You think we keep them when we're busy? Your order isn't ready. I then said if I knew that when I ordered (after being told what WAS ready), I would have ordered something that actually was ready! He then says "what ever man, it will be done in about 5 minutes," and he walks off. I then notice he's talking to the employees in the back, pointing up front to me. So I don't trust this situation any longer. I request a refund from the original guy who took my order, and he completely ignores me and walks away. Then the guy who had the attitude comes up front and voids my order, slams the receipt on the counter, and walks off. It took 7 days to be put back on my card! This was an insane experience for me and my family to go through! And I hope it gets handled by management. I do not want coupons or any apologies. I had called ahead, I showed up a little early but my food was already ready as the nice young woman went to cash me out I realized that I did not have my card with me and that I must have left it at home I started getting very very emotional and started crying I decided to call a family member because I was in a complete panic I had already had a very very bad couple days. I stepped outside to have my phone call and when I came in I felt very defeated I walked up to the lady and I said I apologize I'm not going to be able to get my food I apologize for wasting your time the lady and a couple gentlemen that were working the back had overheard what was going on and told me not to worry about it that everybody has bad days and everybody deserves a break they then handed me the food my order and told me don't worry about it honey just have a better night okay. It felt t so nice to know that they're still good people out there it meant a lot to me because the dinner was of course not just for me but for my kids who were so excited for me to get home with the food. I wish I had gotten the lady's name as well as the two gentlemen but either way I couldn't think them enough they truly save the night and made me feel like they're still good and caring people out there they truly saved the night and made me feel so much better it's the little things that can sometimes change your whole outlook on life itself. On May 13,2023,I walked into Socastee Little Ceasers and ordered a large pretzel crust pizza with extra cheese and a order of crazy bread, I also told them not to cut pizza due to girlfriends pork allergy. Got my order and they put pepperoni on pizza, told them it was wrong and they put a new one in the oven,well in the process of waiting they put the pizza they made wrong and crazy break they gave me in the back. I watched a employee reach in the bag of crazy bread and eat 4 sticks from bag. My second pizza came out and not only was it wrong it was also some one else’s pizza with their name being on the box. They also gave me the crazy bread that the employee ate out of that had 4 bread sticks in bag. So, I tried calling and no one answered phone, so I went down and talked with the MOD. This manager blamed everyone but himself and proceed to make pizza number 3. Pizza number three came out and it was also wrong because the MOD cut the pizza and I told him not to, he then proceeded to give me a attitude because I said it was cut and to ask me if I wanted another pizza and I told him no because he could not make the first 3 right.
