Never will I return to Taco Bell at this location! I was so disappointed I even complained to the manager as I was leaving. The person taking the orders at the register acted as if he was in outer space, three times we had to explain what we wanted and how we wanted it. Finally got our food and it was cold. Then as I was looking to see what was my husband's food and what was mine all the food was wrong what was suppose to have sour cream didn't and what wasn't suppose to have sour cream did, I'm allergic to tomatoes so I made sure I requested three times no tomatoes nothing that's been in or near tomatoes I am able to eat and as I took the food that was all wrong to be fixed and replaced I seen the employee place tomatoes on my food and then read the screen and just knock them off! I waited to see if that was my food they were trying to give me before I went off and it was! Nacho fries the reason I wanted to go in the first place tasted like they were freezer burnt. The fountain drink machine in the lobby tasted old and flat and every drink tasted the exact same like they have never cleaned it, ran out of ice and the sweet tea in the lobby and in the food preparation area was like sugar water with a splash of tea! It was so weakly brewed it was like it got to the bottom of the tank and someone just filled it up with water and sugar. The entire staff even the manager was acting as if it was no big deal that it was a horrible mess. The food order taking so long to place, the food wrong and cold, not being more cautious of someone having a food allergy and how the employee just completely disregarded the importance of not placing anything from or near tomatoes on my food. Nothing was done of the complaint even knowing we couldn't eat the food. Rounding 28 dollars was completely wasted no offer of giving our money back was offered. The manager offered one coupon of a free taco to us my, husband (who never says anything even if the food or service is bad he will still say nice things) spoke up and said to the manager "ma'am I wouldn't let a stray dog eat this food here"! First I notice I ask for mild and hot sauce and they only gave me one each for 2 chicken quesadillas I wasnāt going back around it was already a really long line and I was tired lol!!! We finished our order and after they said to drive up my coworker forgot to say without beans. We were up next so we drove up quickly to tell them to leave the beans out and we apologized like 3 times yet the cashier, Tiffany, rolled her eyes at us and called to the person in the back to leave the beans out. Well, the lady in the back, Wanda, started complaining in Spanish very loudly. They should be careful with what they say because my coworker may not speak Spanish but I do and I just found the entire thing rude and disrespectful.
