They will text you a special if you are signed up for the text and emails. They will offer you an excellent value, but when you go to pay the total will not add up. What they do tell you is the 2 topping special only applies to certain toppings. What they also won’t tell you is extra cheese is not considered a topping, it is just and up charge fee. They also don’t show you the price of adding garlic Parmesan to the crust, Ching another up charge. Then if you question the total price at the time of pickup the person at the cash register will only say sorry I can’t help you, please call this 1866 number to complain and either pay for your pizza or don’t!

It’s ok though, Papa John’s pizza is only good enough compared to the other guys for us to eat when they give you a special value deal.

Lesson learned. You get what you pay for. So you might as well go knock down the Dominos or take...

I love papa John's.... But after ordering my pizza , cheese sticks and extra garlic sauces, I was delivered the pizza and cheese stick...no garlic to be found. I have worked in pizza in the past and understand accidents happen, but when I called to simply inform them..not complain...not ask for a refund....just let them know that they charged for an item not deliver, I was met by nothing but hostility.

The person on phone then proceeded to argue with me about not having the cups of garlic on the order....I have the proof it was very much on the order.

It isn't the food...the food was great but someone should teach their employees how to not be so rude on the phone.

I now sit here with two children fighting over the garlic cup...eating dry cheese sticks...

Yesterday I placed an order and I don’t get my order and they said they went to my home and they have pictures and o told him I have cámaras and nobody came to my home and they still trying the I’m stupid and they said I never answered the phone and I don’t have any call from them so…. I call for the 3rd time and they said it’s on the way and I said it’s been almost 3 hrs waiting for my phone and my husband it’s so mad because we never get the order… I call for a refund and they just hang up the phone I neeed to call again today to ask about my refund because it’s almost 70 dollars…. I wish we get a better customer...
