It was a normal sat. Tired just wanted something quick and fast. Something we all knew taste well. I say all because it was my daughter's sleep over night. 3 trips....yep 3 times I had to go back. Admitted the 3rd was my own fault. I should have checked the back for the proper amount of sauce and packets. 1st encounter with the lady at the counter was embarrassing. When I asked about the zap seasonings I was told" there is not such a thing never heard of that ever" Asked for parm a red pepper packs. Was told they were all out except pepper flakes. All where on the original order fyi. Along with multiple garlic sauce, ranch & brownies None of which made it into the order on the 1st trip. 2nd trip, garlic sauce was shorted and no crushed pepper flakes. Back we go! 3 little girls aren't very happy at this point and momma is frustrated to say the least. On every trip 1st to 3rd, the lady's at the counter where not very friendly I just say. I wasn't told sorry for any inconvenience I was treated as if I was a problem. It's very frustrating to spend money out and get such poor service. Especially when a frozen tombstone tasted better than my 5 meat pie I ordered. Extremely disappointed little Cesar's..I know u can do better. But only if your people actually...
Read moreAfter working 12hrs on shift my wife asked me to stop, and grab dinner for our kids. As I walk into the store the entire staff moans due to the amount of customers coming in. Young man working the register has horrible attitude. Gets mad when you order something that isn’t ready. Which was nothing anyway. While waiting for 10 minutes as my food was prepared. The entire staff complained about working to serve customers coming in with orders. I heard phrases such as, “ they ordered the whole menu” and “well we don’t have that, so it’s going to be a while”. Not once was any employee polite to any paying customer I saw walk through that door. Again, I was there for 10 minutes. Along with my pizzas was an order of crazy bread. The young man at the counter thrust my pizza at me when it was ready. I told him, “ I still need my bread.” He turned around grabbed the bread, and threw it on to the stack of pizza boxes. Along with my sauce. I cannot understand how these people are employed. Or how Little Caesars pays them to do anything. If you dislike your job that much....
Read moreMy husband Jeff and myself bought a (1) pizza from Little Caesars Pizza and they charged us for 3 separate transactions for 1 pizza and when I called them and told them I would bring up a copy of the transaction and the manager said "Not our problem, take it up with the bank" and I told them to just credit it back to our bank account and they said "NO!" Im sorry but I would not lose a customer for $11.00 but to these people the old mighty dollar speaks. And she said that this happens all the time....Really? So they cheat people all the time and tell you to fix it yourself. Integrity goes a long way with me and a lot of people along with customer service. It's sad that they pretty much told me where to stick it!
