I ordered a hot and ready pizza with bread sticks and drinks online to eliminate the wait, the order was placed leaving Florence SC, and when I got to there I had to wait 30+ mins behind "1" single car, and when i finally got up to the window, my food still wasn't ready... Waited another 10-15 mins for my order to be prepared and the FINALLY was given my food (which was actually nice and hot), but they failed to give me the multiple "$3" drinks that I ordered with the food.... The atmosphere/vibe in the store was just "blah", customer service from the employees was less than "blah", the food was barely "mediocre", and the ability of the employees to focus and actually COMPLETE an order and make sure that all of the items in the order are given to the customer was just completely "absent" at this location.... Therefore my rating is 0 out of 15 stars as a result of a complete failure at even delivering a miserable customer experience... AND YALL OWE ME 3 PINEAPPLE PEPSI'S "LITTLE CAESARS"!!!! Unfortunately they would probably fail to give them to me the next 10 times I went to that store, if I ever went to it again 10...
Read moreOrdered and paid on the app on 8/26. Arrived at store and waited well past scheduled pickup time with no notification of pizza being ready. Went into store & order could not be found. I was pretty much dismissed by the cashier while the manager walked out of her office, grabbed 3 pizzas, a brownie and a soda and left with multiple customers waiting in addition to my ongoing issue. She never acknowledged myself or any of the customers or offer to assist the cashier. I called customer service to get my money back and waited over 20 minutes on hold before someone answered and promised that I would get a full refund on the following Monday and I would be contacted by the franchisee owner related to my extremely poor experience. Here I am over a week later and still have not heard a word from anyone with your organization nor have I received my money back for the pizzas I DID NOT GET. I am furious and extremely disappointed in any company that willfully steals money from their customers and has NO follow up when their receive concerns related to customer service that are true issues. Read moreI purchased a pizza for my great grand children. when we arrived him the pizza was cold and hard. The children did not like. I did not have a car to take it back the same day so I went back today. The pizza was missing 2 slices for each child. Patrick the general manager did not refund me simply asked me what he could for me. I explained the situation to him. He told me I should have returned and called yesterday. I That I needed to walk out and not cause a scene. I am 73 years old. I wasn't in a position to do so yesterday so I went to do it today he was rude and nasty and refused to give me his last name when I called back he made sure he was the one to answer the phone and explained to me that he would not go back and forth with me. I'm very disappointed in this customer service especially as an elderly woman I will also be reporting this issue...
