I would give this place a zero if I could! The past three times I’ve gotten cinnamon twist. They are bad or hard as a rock. I specifically asked if they had been there sitting for hours, They even taste tested one and told me that they were fine. I get my food and they are as hard as a rock. I didn’t leave the drive-through because I wanted to check since the last 2 times I have it has been the same issue, So I honked my horn and one of your closing employees just sat there and ignored me with his headphones on until I slid open the drive-through door and then he wanted to act like he heard. Then he proceeded to tell me that he was busy closing the store even though the store didn’t close until 12 and while I’m writing this it’s 11:11 PM . Your staff needs to tighten up or get a new staff because it’s running this location into the ground ! There was also a time I came and I asked for a regular taco with meat, cheese and lettuce, just like that. Just for me to get home and there be no lettuce on it. This store use to be good about a year ago, but now I will never go to it unless I’m starving!!!! Oh and I gave the cinnamon twist back !

Read moreOfficially done with taco bell in Florence and Darlington, SC. I had already learned not to go to drive thru if you want a correct order (3x paying extra and not receiving correct order). So today I went inside. Apparently the employees are not smart enough to work a cash register so you have to order yourself using the nasty public kiosk. You cannot use cash. Big Downer. The machine does not list all the options, so you have to clarify what you actually want with an employee who does not care about customer service. I requested a survey on the kiosk but did not receive it. I paid extra to add tomatoes to my taco and did not receive them. If I have to order myself and make it myself I might as well just stay home. Just done. I hope the same folks own all the Taco bells in this area, cause you need to know your customer service sucks. It would help if your employees actually cared to do a good job or cared to get orders correct. I love taco bell but will not return to a Florence or Darlington store because.. well they don't...
Read moreI come here a lot, especially when I get off of work at 10:30. I make it just in time before this location closes. Everyone who works here is pretty friendly. I have not had a bad experience with costumer service. However, it seems like this store is always out of something. For example one night they were out of chicken. Another night they were out of beans. Tonight I went at my normal time. I pulled up around 10:45 pm. I sat at the speakerbox and waited. I’m usually patient because I know its late and they are trying to clean up. After about five minutes, I called the store. When the young man answered the phone, he informed me that they cannot make any more food because they are out of gloves. I do understand that its late, but if you would have told me over your headset, I would have at least had time to go somewhere else. Instead I sat and waited for my order to be taken.
