This use to be my absolute favorite pizza joint. Had an issue a few months ago with delivery times not being even close to accurate so started ordering from other places. Tonight had my heart set on pineapple pizza and decided to give it another try. Placed order at 4:30 with rstimated delivery of 5pm. At 5:15 haven't heard anything so was like no problem maybe just busy. Called around 5:30 and get left on hold for 10 min to then be told my food just left. The girl offered a refund and I was placed on another hold for 15 min for her to return and said manager said no, i could return the food or accept it. At the 2 hour point manager gets on the phone, Brandon, to be so very rude and say, we're busy and it's corporates fault that we have no control over estimated delivery times. Tried to call corporate and of course there is not anyone at all to even leave a message for only option is to send an email. About 2.5 hours in food finally arrives, by this point who wants to order from somewhere else and wait, and guess what cold as ice. So basically got charged for crappy food and service. Read moreThe inconsistency is truly appalling. They can't seem to consistently read orders, repeatedly ignoring crust toppers and their website almost always incorrectly estimates the completion time of the order. This location sucks.
Between people working the register not paying attention and delivery drivers parking in front of driveways and blocking people from pulling in, they need to work on the service aspect. It's Marco's pizza so it's as good as you should expect, but Jesus are the mental errors seeming to become an issue.
Edit: They have started really skimping on the toppings especially their 1 topping pizza's. Not only that, but their pizza crust toppers that you select when ordering online have been repeatedly ignored when we have placed an order.
Edit: The pizza's are disheveled upon delivery after nearly an hour post order placement. This location is getting atrociously sloppy.
Edit on Dec 3rd 2023: Again, ordered pizza is disheveled in the boxes due to an utter lack of care from yet another delivery driver. This location is utterly abysmal. A downright embarrassment for the Marco's brand.

Read moreNot sure what happened recently if the management has changed or not but the manager really needs some lessons on how to properly take care of customers especially when their food is 50 minutes late. When I called I first had to deal with an employee being rude all because I asked for the manager than I get told my food is late all because they got busy ( how this is my problem I still don't know) never once did he try to fix a issue just basically made it seem as if I shouldn't have placed an order in the first place. We have been very loyal for the past 6 years and never once been treated this way so if this is how you treat your loyal customers than no problem we will go elsewhere just like the manager said to do. Would love to speak with someone above this manager.
Also the food arrived cold like it has been sitting under the warmer for 30 mins dried out horrible to eat.
I'm also going to assume they fudge the system so they don't get marked for being more late than they already are. The system says estimated arrival time being 652 but I called at 711 and the driver didn't get there until 725 so obviously y'all have an issue somewhere in...
