It’s McDonald’s, if you’re expecting a lot then you probably shouldn’t come here. Food tastes like McDonald’s regardless of how poorly it was put together. Customer service is the biggest problem. Manager was yelling at me through the order microphone telling me I couldn’t add a smoothie to my meal because it wasn’t allowed. Little did she know I’ve don’t it multiple times and never had an issue, it’s a small up charge I’m fine with. But that night it was NOT allowed lol. Ok. So we go to the window and she’s basically throwing food out the window and closes it. She looks frustrated when she opens the window back up and tries to give me the food for the car behind me. I tell her no and that she forgot my kids drinks. Holy cow, that was another issue in itself. She asks what my order was and to see my receipt then looks into my car to see what we have. No kids drinks. 5 minutes later she appears with juice boxes. Woooooo! Score. Got home to find out we didn’t get any apple slices with kids meals. I’m not reviewing based on one person, a manager nonetheless, but I’ve gone multiple times and each time the window people are on the phone with buds in their ears and have no intention of talking to me. I’ve said hello and thank you and nothing. Just hear them mumble things into their ear piece. Lovely establishment really. I’d have better luck trying to communicate with one of those robotic dinosaur waiters they have in China. Maybe that’s what McDonald’s should do. I wouldn’t mind the lack of personality then.
Look people, it’s a McDonald’s, lower your hopes and dreams and...
Read moreManager asked two girls eating and sitting near the door to lock it behind us as soon as we walked in. Sign on the door said they were open til 11 and we came in just before 10:30 so we were confused. The five people behind the counter talking when we walked in ran to the back when we came in and 3 minutes later the manager had to yell at someone to come take our order.
The guy that took our order was super nice and helpful but the manager yelled at the girl that locked us in and said “Drive thru ONLY!”. The girl that he was yelling at was not in a uniform and looked about 13 so I’m not sure why the manager was treating her like an employee.
Food comes up over 10 minutes later and they gave us the wrong dipping sauce and an extra cheeseburger for some reason. Maybe because the manager was talking with the 13 year old girl across the restaurant so loud that we could hear about his upcoming trip to New York that he’s taking soon and about how he has so many friends in common with this girl. Assuming he felt like he needed to give us extra food because he was being loud and felt bad. Didn’t say a word to us personally except for “126” when our food was up.
Thanks for the free burger, but...
Read moreIf I did not have a 12 year old son, I don't think I would even go to another McDonald's ever. For some reason the morning I visited this location they didn't want to take my order at the speaker. The lady told me to pull around and she would take my order at the 2nd window to place my order (hence the speaker was working.). I thought this was odd but I did it since I was trying to get my son something to get before school (our Friday routine only), I started to pull around, noticing two cars stoped at the first window. So I pull in front of them assuming they were order there and I needed to order at the second window like instructed. Once I got there the lady tried to give me someone else order and when I explained she told me to pull around to the second window without order....well evidently she neglected to mention to me that I needed to wait in line behind the other two vehicles in front of me. But how did they order?????? Why was their food ready if she wasn't taking orders at the drive-through speaker? I was so aggravated at this situation, I just left without ordering. My son when to school hungry, maybe he will choose better next time. It's sad but I just expect poor service...
