McDonald's — Restaurant in South Carolina

The quarter pounder with cheese was fresh and hot,very good and quickly at dinner time.. UPDATE:My experience today was quite similar, I got the usual QP with cheese and it was fresh and hot, I get it plain because of my heartburn issues, but I cannot give this McDonald's a 5 stars, not yet, I use the app.so my burger was Free and I accumulate points for more free UPDATES food,all in all it was just "good"about the same as my last visit, the cashiers are cordial and kind,so that's UPDATEWe go to this Mc'Dees when we're going to Walmart, not Necessarily just to go, lately I must drop a star because the burgers aren't fresh and hot as before, and we've been having issues with the drive thru workers who do not ask us what we want in a timely manner,it has gone down hill a bit and JS,I usually get my dogs a cheeseburger of their own, but the price has gone up, even using the app so we only split one for them, also we get frozen Cokes and lately they have been mostly melting and syrupy instead of frozen and fluffy, one last bummer is the ice cream machine is almost always "gone to be cleaned", so no treat of a shamrock shake this yea, I say there's no way it needs " cleaned" this often and if I owned this Mc'Dees I would buy off of another ice cream machine company seeing these machines are "broken" more often than not.... sorry but I hope they step it up and fix their issues, then 5 stars for our go to Updated 4/1/25 no April fools! UPDATE! Today November 4th was just "good" again, I got a "free" c.burger from my app and the frozen coke machine actually was working! And the frozen coke was fluffy instead of ploppy! So,it wasn't bad but their was no "onion" on my burger, I should have asked for extra, next...

It’s seldom that I leave reviews so no I’m not that negative Nelly out there waiting to post my horrible experiences with the world. I do think this location is lacking leadership. We ordered and waited 35 mins to be told we would need to substitute for something else. I watched several people come up to the front counter and ask “what is taking so long?” Corporate needs to make an immediate visit. The workers are arguing with one another in front of customers. I watched a guy stroll in, apparently he is a habitual violator of tardiness so I understand the managers frustration with this, but hollering at him before he even made it behind the counter to let the entire lobby know… his @s* is getting written up today… totally uncalled for. Then to top it off although they were clearly behind on orders, she still went to the back to continue the argument with this employee. Even after reordering my substitute I had a lady come back up 15 minutes later and ask what I was waiting on…literally the same person who asked me what I would like to substitute my original order with. Look I’m not looking for free stuff, and I get it “ its McDonalds” they have an image to uphold or lack there of. But this one in particular… a few nuggets short of a happy meal! Seek alternatives until corporate comes down and provides some guidance from the top down. It all comes down to...

Encountered a very rude very aggressive male worker in drive thru that slammed the door in my face at the window and walked off yelling over me not pulling up for a tea after already waiting 45 mins, I also spoke to the manager of this location and she was absolutely no help, I actually felt unsafe eating here after his outburst, got half way home and realized I was also missing half my order, I didn't feel safe speaking to the manager or the male worker after that so I had to call 911 and file a report just to get my money back, I wouldn't be able to trust any food that young man may have given me. The officer was kind and handled the issue, but an officer should not have to be called in order to get service corrected or to handle a aggressive worker. This location has constantly been an issue and after tonight I no longer feel safe eating here while its worked under these kind of people, and I would highly recommend people stay away from this location as it isn't a safe environment, I went through drive thru about 6pm. Whoever this boy in drive thru was can not be trusted with your food and with covid going around, I wouldn't entrust my health to an establishment like this that hires such trash. I will be spreading the word around the 29073 community, I have lived here over 16 years and never have I ever encountered such a rude boy...
