This location in red bank has a terrible manager. She placed a young girl at the drive thru entrance to tell people they have to use their phone app to order. Its dark outside. She spent 10.mins explaining to a man that was arguing with her about having to use the app. Their menu was lit up but you couldn't drive forward until you placed your order on the app. Meanwhile - 2 cars (mine included) back, a 3rd vehicle trying to get in blocks the entire road - we are all waiting now. My husband drives around the held up car - thinking he could go in to place an order. We get out, the manager and another employee is standing outside at the front door watching the employee standing at the drive thru entrance trying to get an order from that same car - manager says we can't come in. Husband asked, we can't place an order inside? She says no - you have to use an app. We tell her that isn't working we have waited 15 min same car still there and cars are blocking the road creating a safety issue - she was looking at the same mess as we were pointing out to her. She says, yall cant order inside. I asked her, "who made the decision to put that poor girl down therr by herself in the dark to have people order on an app? She said she is the manager but this decision in Taco Bell standard. This stupid and unsafe way is not Taco Bell standard. That manager 8:20pm on April 23rd is standing at the door doing nothing to assist with this situation. Other locations let you order inside (Garners Ferry Rd). Also the Red Bank location does not always have an employee standing outside keeping you from driving up to the menu to order - that manager isn't capable of making good decisions, she has poor judgement and has clearly put her staff at risk while she stands at the door looking down at this mess. Taco Bell Owner - she is going to cause your location to close due to poor management. To the poor girl at the entrance of the drive thru - find you another job. You are not being utilized...
Read moreWorst Taco Bell and service ever. If I could rate it zero stars, I would. I stopped through and went inside to order food on 12-10-17 at 10:45 am. I was the only person inside and there was only one person in the drive though picking up an order and the three employees working at the time just took turns looking at me standing there for about 5 minutes as if they were deciding who was going to have to take on the "daunting" task of taking my order. The cashier, Latoiya, finally decided to come take my order, and rung me up and went back to what I assume was prepping. I noticed the items I ordered on the receipt were rung in incorrectly. She rung up the combo I ordered as separate items, causing it to cost more. I politely brought this to her attention, to which she immediately got an attitude with me and replied "that's what you said you wanted." I replied "yes, but these items are apart of the combo, wouldn't it just be rung up as a combo?" She rudely retorted with "I just rung it in exactly how you said it" to which I politely asked if she could adjust it. She didn't reply and instead went back to what she was doing for a few minutes instead of delegating it to someone else so she could adjust the price. After deciding she was going to stop taking up my time and come fix it, she got the change out of the register, slammed the drawer and came over and dropped the change and receipt in my hand and walked away without saying anything as I thanked her. Go figure there was no manager name on the receipt to file a complaint, so I guess this will have to do. Needless to say I will not be going there again, but I'm sure...
Read morePlain and simple....slow, cold food, long wait time and no meat on my Tacos. I have not been to a Taco Bell in 25 years. I wanted to get away from cooking and try the Taco Bell in Redbank South Carolina because I was craving Tacos. I ordered for 3 and it was $28.00....when we received our orders my wife asked where was the beef at on our Tacos? We all proceeded to open our Tacos and there was literally a half of a Tablespoon of beef on the bottom. Seriously?? I just paid $28.00 for some bread, cheese and lettuce. Oh let's not forget that EVERYTHING was cold and the staff was rude. All of my food went to the dogs! I did nit want a salad and bread. I was highly upset so i left so as not to cause a disturbance. I have never been so disappointed in a Resteraunt...well besides the Burger King on Charleston Street that is now closed. This is a SAD little place guys...if you want a Taco or Mexican food in general, go down Platt Springs road to the San Jose's. Do not waiste your time or money going here until it is under new management and ownership because you will stay unsatisfied....next time I spend $28.00, it will be at San Jose's where I know I will be pleased. Really fella....you need to let someone else run this Taco Bell because you have not the slightest idea of how to run a resteraunt and THIS is why you cannot keep employee's. THERE IS NO WAY I WOULD SERVE THIS TO ANYONE! I would seriously be embarrassed to serve food out of your establishment!!! P.S. to any and all employees, I blame the Franchise owner and you all need to find new jobs because I do not believe this Taco Bell will stay open...
